for ecological reasons they clean the room every 3 days,thats ok about the sheets+towels change but i find the making of the beds is not an ecological reason but more an economical one.

I missed having in room coffee / tea and kettle and fridge. Room felt a little basic for 4 stars.

It's important to note that this is a eco friendly hotel so dispenses with some of the fixtures you'd traditionally get in a hotel room: there's no fridge in the room, no ice machine, shampoo / soap is a refillable dispenser, and theres a communal coffee and tea area instead of in room kettle etc. Towels and linen are changed every 3 days but you can request your room to be cleaned sooner if needed. Rooms are spotlessly clean, there's a flat screen tv, safe, blackout curtains, chair, small desk and plenty of space for clothes. Beds are comfortable although pillows are too thin but you can easily request more from reception. Location is close to a large train/ metro/bus station so well served by public transport and the various shops and services within the station. We didn't opt for breakfast and there are several grocery stores etc nearby.

The night staff was unfriendly and also hard to communicate with.

The bed is very comfortable. For the rest the rooms are very basic. Also nice to have a coffee station close to the room. The location is perfect as you are very central and have the possibility to travel around well.

Do not have mini fridge and kettle in the room.

Following sustainable policy that does not clean the room every day unless you tell the receptionist. Coffee and tea are located in the public area every floor. Only 2-3mins walk from Vienna main train station. Breakfast is served with wide range of food.

The air-conditioning is extremely weak, Vienna gets quite hot in early April and the temperature of the room is really suffocating. Not sure if this is a general situation in all Vienna hotel.

It's really close to the train station and Subway, convenient to go to airport by train (cheaper). Bed is comfortable.

The rooms are not equipped with toothbrushes or toothpaste.

The location of the place is convenient as it is situated near the train station. Additionally, there are designated spots on every floor where you can grab a cup of coffee or tea, purchase some snacks and iron your clothes. The breakfast served is good, but there are limited options when it comes to fruits.
