There was no hair conditioner and body lotion in bathroom, only 2in1 - shampoo and shower gel, it’s very uncomfortable

Family room for 220 eur per person has one bedroom with small windows oriented to roof where is chimney. You cannot open windows because smoke is entering to the room. Also hotel is full of restrictions. First information in elevator that you receive is that is forbidden to leave at room bottles that was not bought in hotel, no payment at reception after 20.00, no bathrobe in restaurant… crazy…

Just a note on the location - it says ski in and ski out, and that is not true. It's definitely close - about 130 meters to walk, but if you are looking for a true ski in and ski out, this isn't it. Also, I specifically asked for a quiet room and we got room 324, which is right next to the hallway doors (as is 301, beware), which open and close loudly. When we arrived at a few minutes before 8pm, they rushed us to dinner directly and we didn't get to see our room until after. At that point, when I heard the door noise, I asked for another room, but they said it wasn't possible because the reception had already closed. They told me to come back the next day, but we only stayed two nights and it didn't seem worth the move for one night only. But the noise did wake me up on both mornings. Nevertheless a great hotel and we will probably come back.

Nothing, we had a perfect stay

Second time we went to Adapura, still an amazing hotel. Staff is very friendly and goes out of its way to make you comfortable. Rooms are clean. Food is delicious and the different restaurants make for a nice variation each day.

Dinner has to be reserved before 10 am, there was no menu or prices. We booked a table for dinner on our last night to find it was only a buffet and then billed €90 for a few slices of pizza and a bottle of water.

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. Free underground parking, a lovely room with a balcony with a lovely view. The receptionist was really nice and helpful. The sauna area was excellent, the best I've ever seen. Good value for money for the summer.

Would have liked to be able to eat in the a la carte restaurant without paying extra, even if just once in the week. Although guests only paid half price, it still wasn't cheap!

A lovely modern hotel in a great location at the base station of the Grafenberg. Amazing breakfast, beautiful wellness area with pool, lots of choice at the buffet restaurants with good quality food. The drinks were a reasonable price for a 4* hotel. The staff were helpful and professional.

The only thing and really the only thing was we were told that we can pay in the restraunt and there they told us it is not possible so we had to pay the other day. (But that is like really the only thing)

The ambience was spiffing, the staff was super nice helpful and friendly and the rooms were extraordinary nice. On of the best hotels in middle Europe I've ever stayed in

The interior design was modern and the rooms and spa facilities were clean and well maintained. It was very comfortable and relaxing to stay there. The underground parking is really useful too!

We had some issues with 1 waiter but nothing major, otherwise they made sure we were very happy.

We had an amazing stay, food was very good. We went to all 3 restaurants included in our stay, they offered the same dishes each night but woth a few variations too. So always something to pick. Room was spotless and staff was very friendly. Room was soundproof even when housed next to the elevator we didnt even notice it.

the shower products are very basic, the towels are basic, the "go green" policy is too far fetch. (you can avoid it if you choose and get full service), check out time is 10:00 am.

staf could be more frendly, verry bad smell coming from pipes , vegetarian breakfast zone .. almost not exist , loby bar close at 21:00 .. i know that is a ski area , but it is a 350€/nigt room .. so facilities should be exactly at that level, and the covid excuse should not be use (not all the clients are comming for ski) .. other hotels in wagrain has a full service until 23:00..
