Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe service station - not ideal and disappointed there was no iron and ironing board in the room. I stayed at Adlers , as I was attending a family wedding. Having to take several shirts and dresses to the service station was a bit of a nightmare. No where to hang your clothes once ironed and no where was there a water station to fill the iron with water for steaming. A single ironing board is really not what I would expect from such a hotel. Trying to take all our clothes back to the room after ironed clothes for all my family was not a great experience and to be honest the rooms can accommodate an iron and ironing board . Disappointed to be honest with this solution.
Breakfast was very good. Great selection and good value for money .

- The room is beautiful and clean. - The view of the city surrounded by the Alps is stunning. - The breakfast room has a sky view. - The staff gives great advice on using the Innsbruck card.

United KingdomWhen we checked in I felt the lady at the reception was quite rude/abrupt and to be honest she wasn’t very helpful. She didn’t want to help when I queried about spa facilities/treatments (just gave me some bs about no availability when she hasn’t even checked) how I could get to the thermal spa on transport (didn’t need to as we hired a car in the end) but just a general overview of mannerisms and behaviour. The way she was talking at us was like we were peasants almost. Im from East L so the rowdy side of me contained it. Overall - Just be polite and nice and if you’re having a bad day, take a 10 mins woosah.

United Kingdom1. Very dark bedroom walls and ceiling which made the room very dark, there was no point to change room as reception said all the bedrooms are decorated like this. 2. The design of the shower was very impractical, and there was also no extractor fan. 3. The sauna and spa relaxation area has nice views of the mountains, but it only opens at 4pm onwards, in winter it starts getting dark early so people would not see the views.

FranceIt would have been nice to know that the hotel has underground parking - the explanations from reception over the phone were a bit vague, so advertising this more would help people coming by car. In the end it was a small nuisance, and we moved the car the evening when we arrived with no problem.
The hotel is very much worth it, if for nothing else, the view is breath-taking: waking up with a floor to ceiling view of the mountains is amazing. The room we had was very nice and spacious, the only minor downside was that the extra bed (since we were three people: my wife, my son and myself) was not very comfy - but ok to sleep in. If you are just two people sharing the room, the beds are very comfortable and the view exquisite. We also enjoyed the copious breakfast which we found of very good value. There were diverse offerings and the buffet and the food was very good.

United StatesRoom was too dark with blinds closed, view was of train tracks, difficult to make coffee because bathroom door was in the way, items weren't refilled properly by housekeeping (toilet paper and coffee), restaurant too small and they were too busy for room service.
Good location near the train station. Bed was very comfortable and I loved the rocking chair! Reception staff helpful.

AustraliaMy room in particular on the Friday and Saturday night there was super loud music coming down from the rooftop bar until 1am.. It echoes down the elevator shaft and it sounded like there was a nightclub outside my room. There was 1 bar staff member that was quite blunt/unfriendly not very welcoming which made me not want to visit the bar.
The view was incredible waking up to the mountains every morning. The room itself was nice, large beds and bathroom. Conveniently located next to the train station. Special mention to all the friendly reception staff and the restaurant staff especially the woman with glasses and dark brown(?) hair - she was very hospitable.

United KingdomThe TVs didn’t have an option with English subtitles. One of the nights I had been provided with dirty bedsheets, however I called reception to notify staff who fixed this issue for me promptly. The shower was also a problem as there is a gap which causes a leak.
The room was very big, with everything I needed, staff were very helpful and I requested a mountain view which the staff kindly provided me with, which was amazing to wake up to every morning. The location was perfect and the spa was an added bonus, I loved that it opened til 10 so could visit after a long day out in the cold. The bathroom was also large with heated floors and plenty of space.

United KingdomStaff are not attentive, breakfast is chaotic, room had no shower gel or shampoo for the entire stay, when cleaned we only had 1 x towel each replaced, and 1 x coffee cup between us. Complimentary water wasn’t replaced and we still had previous dirty cups/glasses left in the room. When raised with reception staff we were told housekeeping had gone for the day! Spa was untidy and had no drinking water and appeared unmanaged.
