The hotel is beautiful, modern and clean. Rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. Warmly recommend this hotel as a great option for the transit during our trip to Italy. For sure will come back next time!

I was feeling cold in the room and as it was set up centrally, I could not turn on the heating, nor at the reception desk could do anything about that.

Restaurant is only open monday to thursday and there's really nothing you can find around if you don't own a car. Even if you have a car there are very limited options especially during the weekened. We tried foodora, but had to cancel the order because they couldn't find a driver in 2 hours, nevertheless there were anyway very limited delivery options. There's a bus station 10 min away on foot which is convenient, but during the night you literally have to walk in the dark to reach it.

Lots of parking spaces, very good price. There is one bar open till 10:00 pm. The rooms facing towards the highway are pretty well sound proofed, we were not bothered by the noise.

It was a last minute decision but certainly not a wrong one. The hotel is located outside Steyr so car (or a taxi) is absolutely necessary, however, there is plenty of room to park the car. The rooms are moderate size but offer everything one needs for a short stay. There is a bar on the groundfloor (going for a drink to Steyr is not a realistic option, too far) where breakfast is served.

It’s really affordable. Clean & Comfort. The breakfast was good. Very friendly staff from Thailand. Good parking area. What else can i say! 10/10. Just the wifi is kinda slow.. 😄

I have to stay there once or twice a year for work. The employees are so friendly, so helpful and so nice. After a long day of work, I appreciate a friendly face! The rooms are really clean and quiet, free parking, I really think this is the nicest best Western I’ve ever stayed at!

Some noise late at night from hallway and adjacent room

Upon arrival we were cordially greeted by receptionist Lucy. She was kind,friendly,talkative and very nice to us. She explained everything, gave us some tips and offered options of their bar and food which was still open. This was very convenient especially for people like us who arrived later in the evening and didn't have the chance or opportunity to get out because most of restaurants were closed or closing Hotel was in quiet location, very nice and clean. Room decent size for one night stay, we were just passing thru and this hotel offered everything what we were looking for. The only small problem we experienced was a group of young man returning from the hotel bar to their rooms later that night and talking loudly on the hallway and in room next to ours. But luckily this noise lasted only for few moments and eventually we had nice and quiet night. Overall we loved our stay and booked already the same hotel 4 days later when we were returning from our holiday trip and we were passing thru Steyr again.

The facility was amazing, new, and clean. Breakfast had a good variety and was delicious. I especially want to compliment Finny at the front desk for her great customer service. She went above and beyond to help me when I left an item behind by accident. I would highly recommend and stay again.

Unfortunately there is only bistro where you can order frozen pizza and etc. We tried to connect to smart TV, but all tvs in the hotel have the same name and it’s almost impossible to connect to the right one, maybe after guessing 20 of them.

This facility has great looks to it and it is perfect for short stays - to have a refreshing night of sleep and a very good breakfast. The receptionist was able to find two rooms close together for us, which was nice (having kids with us, rooms proximity is often essential). The concept of the main room combined with the bathroom where only the toilet is separated is surprisingly fine and somewhat refreshing, especially for pairs. There was not much in terms of room equipment, but again, for a short stay, the room was spacy and the bed was comfortable.

Was very clean but the desk lamp area could be given a better attention during cleaning. Single beds made into double are a bit uncomfortable may be some rooms can have double beds.

Friendly staff, beautiful room, the morning receptionist (short lady ) was so lovely and helpful. Lucy or Julie too was nice and welcoming.
