Sadly, we were there on a Monday, so the restaurants were closed. For sure I'd like to go back another day when the Aiola restaurants, like Miss Cho, are open.

Excellent location, with many options for eating out right out the door. Great base for exploring Graz!

Parking was convenient, staff helpful and friendly. Due to covid we had breakfast at Operncafé (10 minutes on foot) which was absolutely worth doing.

Not a complaint but would be very hot in the room in summer as would be too loud to keep windows open, our room was above old town. Very quiet with windows shut!

It wasn't cleaned well. Lots of hair in the shower and little rubbish on the carpet.

Only one thing: at the 3rd floor our room had a very small window. The natural light was poor, the room was a little bit darker than comfortable.

It was excellent, very high quality with a comfortable bed, beautiful atmosphere and furnitures. Staff were superb, the breakfast is great. We just loved it.

Beautiful hotel. Amazing location. Terrific staff. I thought the room design was weird though. So many steps to get to the room! Not at all helpful with lots of luggage. And the room had steps between the bed and bathroom. Not smart and rather dangerous for older people like me.

When I arrived they were friendly & seemingly helpful, however they said they "upgraded" me to another room, which didn't have a kitchenette I needed, and purposefully sought out and paid more for than other comparable places I considered. I was told my room's air conditioned didn't work so I knew with the major heat I would need that. So it slowed down my whole check in process as I wanted to check both rooms. I write about this because my original room's airconditioning did in factwork. And even though I was told that my original room cost less than the room she was trying to put me in, it did not then or now. So I still feel uncomfortable with what may have been their plan or strategy. Next day extension was much more uncomfortable, even argumentative, they acted as if they did me a great favour to take my money for the room and the long process was filled with stress. I felt I was imposing on them to ask for supplies for 2 people instead of one. Or for tea bags which even hotels 1/4 the price would provide or a clean sponge for the kitchen. The breakfast is nice, ample simple buffet and allows 1 dish that took forever but was tasty, but not worth 20 euro. 20 euro per day for dogs is also excessive. Checkout was uncomfortable and curt. If two persons stay 2 days and pay the same price then if the 2 pods of welcome coffee are included in the cost then I think there should be 2 more for the next day. I got 1 per day even though we were 2 people in the room for 2 days. This is not a cheap place. I was curtly told no, 2 is good.

The rooms are absolutely beautiful & charming. Cleaning staff very friendly. Location in a cool area with ample parking. Furniture was very comfortable. They allowed me to check out an hour late. Chilled water provided in lobby.
