The overall state of the place was a bit miserable.

I went with my baby and my husband. I gave birth a month ago and we wanted to do something during Christmas period as a family. I got sick immediately after I went back home While we were there I was complaining to my husband that the room is cold all the time. Unfortunately, in front of the radiator was a big furniture with the television on it which I believe was the problem. It was covering the radiator which means that the room was always cold. The toilet was even colder. So,i caught a cold. Maybe they should check what they can do with it and fix this issue

Staff was very helpful, check-in was easy and even when restaurant closed some time ago, drinks were available for guests. Rooms were ok for money, breakfast classic Austian, a good one.

The bathroom is a little small and would probably need renovating. As mentioned previously, more varied breakfast would be better. However, this did not bother us as we only stayed one night. Overall, we liked the place very much.

The host was very very helpful and welcoming. We arrived very late in the evening and she had left us a message on the door with clear instructions in English about how to get into our rooms. She was also very easy to reach and communicate with prior to our arrival. The rooms are recently renovated and very cozy with a modern design. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast room was nice, with a beautiful view of the mountain. Probably because we were almost the only guests, breakfast was quite limited. However, we liked it and it was enough to get us going. The area around the Lodge is beautiful - easy to reach by car, but in a beautiful foresty area with a lovely hike trail starting right outside the door. A beautiful place with lovely owners! The location is too far from train station,and you have to walk on the slope.It’s good hostel,but it’s suitable for driving guest. The description of the location of the room is unclear,maybe drawing is better.

The staff is so friendly. They prepare anything you might need. And help me check-in by myself.

Our family used this place for one overnight stop. Nice location outside Villach. Large and comfortable apartment. Great value for money.

Very pleasant stay at a nice location. Lake is near, Villach town is only a few minutes by car, and we came for skiing which is also convenient (maybe 10 minutes by car to the main gondola). Breakfast is delicious and various, staff super friendly, helpful and nice. We would definitely recommend this accommodation for everyone, very calming area, and a big plus for the view of mountains and forest!

The building needs repairs and renovation. The floor of our room was dirty and the garbage bin in the washroom was still full after the previous guests. The restaurant was not working, so we had to drive to Villach for dinner.

dust in the corners of the room and in the morning it was quite humid in the room. The walls should be restored, as they are big chunks missing. Make sure you are at breakfast az 7.30, otherwise it will be nothing left. Was very slippery on the way to our rooms, all in ice, its very dangerous.

Stuff was nice and a great view from the balcony. I liked coffee. amenties for the bathroom were available. and the bed was very comfortable!

As a shortcoming, I evaluated the fact that I could slightly hear sounds from other rooms. I would appreciate better soundproofing of the walls.

On the day of our arrival there was no parking spot for us - we arrived in the evening and there were already cars from the restaurant visitors. It would be nice to have reserved parking spot for hotel guests. But the next days it was ok

Just a stunnig view from our room right at the mountains. We also had a spacious balcony with two chairs and table. Friendly staf, comfy bed, everything clean. Room size was absolutely ok, breakfast is served in the main building, only few meters from our entrance. Parking in front of the hotel is a plus. Hotel is located by the route but it is still very quiet place. It is cca. 2km to the nearest shops and restaurants. But owners run their own restaurant right in the hotel, they serve dinners and it is open from 5pm. Thank you for lovely stay!
