Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We loved our stay. The first thing that stands out is the cleanliness. Better than some 5 star hotels. Secondly, the staff were really lovely and warm. We enjoyed our stay very much and cant wait to visit again. The food was of very high quality and were always satisfied. Great dessert selection at dinner too.

IsraelThw Wi--fi was very poor. There were times there was no reception and our phones could not connect to the web. We got room #101 which was in the corner of the hotel. From this class of hotel I expect good Wi-Fi connection.
We stayed two nights. The room we booked included kitchenate. The room was spacious and clean. The kitchen was equipped with minimal set of items. There was no microwave or an oven. The Spa is excellent! The facilities were exceptional and the service was great. The stuff was really helpful and tried their best to assist in any request.

MaltaWe were very disapointed in the dinner. We paid over 500euro per night and when we went for dinner the waiter told us we are very sorry but there are very few people in the hotel and we did not do buffet and she told us take a meal from the menu. We did that and ordered some meat with fries and meat was round and not bigger than 2x2euro next to each other and also no fries with them its a big shame for the money we paid. before we came there we went in a 2 others hotels 1 in innsbruck and 1 in nurenberg we had plenty to eat in the buffet and the price for the hotel it was less the half of yours. Hope that you do somthing for us as we are very disapointed :(
The hotel was amazing we liked everything in it the rooms are very nice the room views are awsome the pools and slides are amazing and the staff were very nice with us the only thing we were disapointed was the food :(
