It was a little bit problematic to put the combination of four digits as the pin to collect the key, be aware that you are in the plane with the numbers to be sure that this row of digits is valid.

Kitchen equipment could be a bit better. If you really plan to cook in the apartment, you must bring your own basics like salt, oil etc... It is not a big deal, but such basics would be appreciated.

Property is only 10 minutes walk from city center. It is spacious and beds are very comfortable. There’s a paid parking outside the building and a garage in the same building. We paid 13,50€ a day for a garage with discount which owner provided. There’s an elevator inside garage which leads directly to apartments floor. Communication with host was very simple and we were also grateful for all the recommendations host provided.

Nothing that i did not like... very neat place for the budget. Dont expect to be in the centre.

Very good, very clean, spacious and convenient. Kitche, sofa bed in addition to a pacious and very comfortable bedroom. There was a balcony. Beds, toilets, towels, and kitchen were very neat and clean. Superb value for money. Location not very central, yet public transportation available. I actually reached the centre in a 20 minute walk.

Great location, about 15 mins from the "altstadt" by feet. There is a LIDL supermarket just about 300 meters away from the place, lots of turkish kebab places in the area. Easy to park in the "tief garage" under the house with direct entry to the apartment building. Spacious, clean and well equipped apartment.

I am a returning guest which means that this place is great. The beds have brand new mattresses and everything was clean. The Manager is very kind and reacts immediatelly to any of our needs and questions.

It would be helpful to have written coffee maker instructions in the kitchen. We found them online and we made it work. There was no sponge near the sink to wash dishes with.

The flat was pleasant, comfortable and contained everything we needed. It was really clean, location was almost central, easily accessible by buses or on foot if you don't mind a 20 min. walk. We didn't use the balcony, because it was cold and we're not smokers. But we saw the view was nice.

The apartment is close to the city center. The city center can be reached on foot. The host is very helpful and friendly. Parking is easy in the area of this apartment.

I walked to the property from the central station (for half an hour) and it would have been helpful if there was more info about route (streets) from the train stations, as I got lost once. It was very hard to read street signs at night. It gets dark early in winter and the street lights are not always bright enough for a stranger to read the signs. This is not a comment on the property, though. If you drive, there would have been no problem. Or you can use street cars and/or busses.

I had basically all the necessary information to stay at the property before I arrived at Graz. The full kitchen was nice. The room and the facilities were just clean and practical enough. The apartment was very quiet and I appreciate it. There were more than enough numbers of electricity outlets in the apartment.
