Finding a parking in front of/near the entrance of the property was almost mission impossible, despite arriving on Sunday afternoon. The lift is claustrophobic small. One person with hand luggage can barely enter it. Moving in therefore requires several tiring lift rides accompanied by annoying luggage handling on entering and exiting. Disinfection device in the lobby was not functioning. The kitchen is very small and narrow, suitable for one person only (either cooking or just moving around). The overall cleanliness was not entirely satisfying - with stains, left hairs, dust remnants (be bathroom, beds, kitchen, or...). There was a 4 cm thick ice layer in the deep freezer of the refrigerator.

Cozy studio at the rooftop, Entrance (Stiege) No3. The studio has nice terrasse (extra bonus, or standard offer?) with splendid view and plenty of privacy. The terrasse offered morning and afternoon sunshine as it is two-sided oriented. The room was bright, comfortable, spacious enough, with window blinds. Aldano appartments is pretty large property, consisting of 3 separate entrances and several appartments. Location is very good, close to bus and UBahn stop and the main shopping street within few steps.

The bathroom could be updated but everything works fine and it was clean.

The location is very good for shops and transport into the city centre and out of the city. It is also very close to the train station to travel between the airport and Vienna.

The bedroom was a little small for us with no room for a bedside table to put your glass of water, glasses etc on. There was a bedside table at the end of the bed but it was a little inconvenient. A small ledge on either side of the bed would have been useful.

The apartment was well situated, in a quiet road near to an underground station, and the access instructions to it were good. It was very clean and well looked after. It felt a safe environment

The facilities weren't as expected. Although there were 2 washing machines available, none of them was working. We also had an issue with the drainage of the toilet and we told the staff the problem, but it wasn't resolved during our stay as they didn't seek further assistance to resolve the problem. The coffee machine didn't seem to work properly, but we managed to use it. In the living room, the lamp on the ceiling was trembling every time the neighbours from upstairs were walking, quite disturbing especially during the night.

The location was 15 min walking distance from the city centre, safe neighbourhood. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was nice and replied quickly to our messages.

Would be great to have dishwash soap so that we can clean after ourselves properly. The door doesn't have manual lock.

Spacious and bright apartment, ideal for 3 of us. Very clean with fully furnished kitchen. The facilities are a bit old but still work quite well. Very helpful, friendly and hospitable staff. We lost one of our keys and they were super helpful to issue new key cards right away. Location: near bus stop and U3.

This hotel is unique because of the reception staff! I'd like to personally thank Mr.T.Rojahn for his huge help, unique client service he gave me during my stay here. Thanks so much for making my stay so comfortable and safely! This hotel is also unique because of the garden view. It is so rare to meet such mix: the excellent apartment quality, central location and beautiful garden view. I'll recommend Aldano to my colleague and friends and of course come back when I am in Vienna again!

The slight inconvenience is that there was only one working washing machine for (all?) the rooms. So, it was a bit difficult to do the laundry, timing-wise. And if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke, try picking one of the rooms upstairs (not the ground floor). I think the smoke gets in easily from people smoking outside.

Great location, convenient check-in, very fast and reliable internet, has elevators (for your heavy baggage!), bathtubs, large rooms, and most of all, absolutely WONDERFUL reception staff! They were very hospitable, helpful, accommodating and easy to reach! You will have no trouble getting in touch with them via the Booking messaging service. Thank you very much for making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable! I would absolutely come back when I am in Vienna again!

If need additional information don't expect pleasant respond. Reception works only in the morning No body soap and shampoo in the apartment, also no dish soap.

Location and access to the apartment was great. Renovated but average furniture Option to leave the suitcase after check out.

There was a strange smell in the room, which did not go away even we ventilated for several minutes. There is no possibility to park in front of the building, let alone no possibility to stop because busses are passing by. You have to park in the commercial parking.

Location is good. 10 min walk to the metro line. The living room was very large but the bedroom was small.

A little bit far from the city center so you always need to use the public station. The mattress in the bedroom was of medium quality and slightly sinking. There is a coffee machine but we got only 4 capsules for 6 nights, if those capsules were available in the supermarket or a close shop it's was no problem but we couldn't buy them, so the coffee machine was no use. There is no basic thinks like oil, milk, spices and so. No shampoo or shower soap. The cleaning is ok but far to be perfect (there was dust and the floor wasnt clean enough). There is no cleaning or towels replace for our stay (7 days).

The apartment is located in a quiet area, about 300 meters from subway station, 3 stations from Stafanplats . 100 meters from a big supermarket and a few meters from Cafe bar, ice cream, local pub and so many restaurants, bakery and more. we took the family apartment for 2 plus 3 children, the apartment is very nice, big, cozy with a big double bed, sofa bed and private room with another double bed. the kitchen have almost every thing you need, the shower room is big enough with hot water all the time. The stuff available and help when we need even late in the night. there is a small elevator in the building. you can check in/out any time.

None or very bad quality internet. Tried several from in Aldano-same. One night there was a loud russian party till 3:00AM. Please choose your visitors wisely.
