CroatiaThe dinner started very late (at 19h) which was inconvenient - and unhealthy too. There was a large number of guests each day before 19h in front of the restaurant waiting for it to finally start :( If dinner was to start at 18h, it would have been much much better. Another issue was the room furnature, most of which shows many visible damages, which is not ok for a 4* hotel room.
The pool area is definitely the main asset of this hotel... and it was great. Also, breakfast was good and lasted till 11h, which is very nice.

GermanyThe hotel was amazing. it was clean and modern and the prices were good as well. the access to the thermal area makes the stay even more worthwhile and makes for a relaxing holiday. the staff is very friendly and helpful. the local people are all extremely friendly as well and Bad Mitterndorf is a beautiful place. the food was very good as well and a good amount of vegetarian/vegan options were available.

AustriaThe pools are not so big and might get crowdy when approaching weekend (I guess it might be the same with the restaurant but it is really big and should be ok to find a place there anytime). We were there during working days so it was really nice but before we left on Friday afternoon you could have seen that it was getting crowdy (I guess that is not a big surprise for most of the places).
The location is great! The food was excellent, especially the dinner! There is a very nice ski resort close by (the bus is picking you up at the hotel entrance) and some bigger and more famous ski resort like Schladming are not far away too, so you can try different options. And after the skiing relaxing in the spa, great combination :)

Czech RepublicThe weather, but the hotel is not really to blame for that. Another unpleasant thing was the very strong smell of manure that hit our noses right after getting out of the car. It was felt in varying intensity throughout the stay. The room equipment was old but functional. I negatively evaluate sliding doors to the bathroom, which do not fit completely against the wall and thus do not fulfill their function. The dining room was crowded both morning and evening and it was often difficult to find a seat.
The hotel itself pleasantly surprised us. A large room with a beautiful view if not obscured by clouds. The room was also very well soundproofed, which is not often the case. Excellent food, especially dinner. A wide selection of dishes, which were also tasty and different every day. Probably the best buffet in a hotel that I have ever experienced. I rate the sauna world very positively, many saunas, often half-empty, even though there were enough people in the whole sauna world. I don't rate the pools because I don't use them. I had a cosmetic treatment here and I was also satisfied. There is also a fairly well-equipped gym. The drinks at the bar were very tasty. All the staff were very pleasant, although they didn't speak English very well, we always got along.

AustriaThe big issue for us was late dinner (starting at 7), ao not at all kids-friendy. It was also extremely loud… Old and run-down rooms and balconies (you actually cannot touch the railing because it is covered in green moss. Furniture is outdated and scratched… No water or coffee maker in the room, no cleaning pads or ear buds (actually nothing except for the soap/body was and body loation). Really old toilet…
Very good breakfast, big and comfortable bed! Free wine and beer for dinner, very good food. Bath robe can be exchanged daily. Direct access to the wellness, but it is not the cleanest one (pools etc.)

SlovakiaThe overall feel of the hotel is very very cheap, not at all at the standard to be expected for the price point. This hotel can only be enjoyable for families with children, dont expect a relaxing spa-hotel experience. Stayed in the Suite, which had very dated furniture and a very uncomfortable bed. The bedding is over-bleached and has a cheap feel. The breakfast and dinner areas were crowded, with little atmosphere (resembling more that of a school canteen), moreover the quality of the food was sub-par with over- or under-cooked meats, not at all fresh looking vegetables. Expect very annoying themed dinners, lederhosen and loud children. The staff are no professionals, but courteous.
As expected, the Spa facilities were up to standard, with a hourly Aufguss-es, a wide range of Sauna-s and a pleasant exterior.
