Breakfast was adequate but not as good as others. But everything else more than made up for it.

Location is as good as it gets at the heart of small Kirchberg, 6 minute (level) walk from train, ski bus stop in front, and hotel bar is "the" apres ski spot. Several restaurants, bars, ski rentals within a block. Hotel is beautiful, rooms large and comfortable. Beds and bedding are luxurious...like sleeping on a cloud. Kirchberg is better choice than Kitzbuhel as more walkable, better lift access, and quieter. Kitzbuhel and other nearby towns are minutes away by train on free pass from hotels. There was one person who seemed super nice but did not understand a thing, not in German, nor in English. The first room we got had broken shades and a broken lock on the terrace door, hence there was a huge gap in the door it was freezing cold inside, and noone knew about it, they checked us in like this. Then we got another room that was ok. Parking is outside on the street, 50-100m from the entrance. Bit overpriced considering the poor condition of furniture and windows.

Breakfast and the wellness area are nice, and from the staff almost everyone was friendly and helpful. you can buy ski tickets at the reception.

The room was a little cramped, but it was fine for 1 night stay. We were on the front so a little noisy with passing people. Obviously not he hotels fault, but if you want quiet it was later on in the evening.

Great stop off on our motorcycle tour. Clean room with a modern bathroom. Superb breakfast choice. One of the best on our trip. Very friendly and helpful staff members.

We had a deluxe double room in the front. It was large, but the bathroom was very tiny. It was more of the size that you would expect in a deluxe camper. Hotel is on a busy street - much loud commercial and tractor traffic in the morning and late afternoon.

There are three parking spaces and one offloading/loading space at the front door. Additional parking is available in their private lot about 200 meters down the street. The review comments about the lovely lady at reception and in the breakfast room (same person) are accurate. She is a gem.

The room gets stuffy and hot even with opening the balcony door during the evening, so the sleep was not 100% comfortable.

Overall we had a great stay: the hotel is in a great location, the staff is attentive and very nice, the breakfast buffet was nice with freshly made omelette and waffles, and the spa was amazing.

We want to say huge thanks to the lady which was at the reception and also met us at the breakfast in the morning. 5 star service from her! Superb stay, very nice room, parking right in front of the entrance and nice breakfast. The view from the balcony is also very beautiful, especially in the night when all the town is lit. Without doubt will come again!

Bathroom was a bit too small for 2 people. Also, you could hear other guests and the cleaning ladies outside.

Amazing staff, especially the nice lady on the reception. We got a roomupgrade, that room had a big size with a balcony with a view to the mountains. All very clean. The breakfast was very delicious.

Prices for dinner are a bit steep. We were not impressed by the dinner option although the atmosphere is nice in the restaurant.

Room with a view on mountains at the front of the hotel. Good breakfast with omelette and waffels made for you on demand. Table is resevered for guests.

The reception staff lacked the necessary skills to manage the hotel effectively. We requested a ski map, a basic necessity for a ski resort, and they were unaware of its existence. Similarly, asking for herbal tea instead of black tea left them clueless about the location of the tea bags in the hotel. We tried to arrange an early checkout but found the staff unprepared to assist without additional support. Considering the high cost of 500 euros per night for a supposed 4-star establishment, the level of service and competence fell significantly short. Our soap dispenser remained empty for consecutive days without any attention. When seeking assistance with a restaurant reservation, we were directed to handle it ourselves. The lack of information regarding ski storage, discovered by chance, was disappointing. Upon arrival, there was a noticeable absence of assistance from the staff in carrying our luggage. Overall, the service provided barely reached the standard of a 2-star hotel, if one was fortunate
