The glass doors were giving no privacy in the bathrooms (especially toilet) so if you need an intimate and relaxing setting to go to the loo, it might be a problem. Also to go to the spa area was a little confusing at first. There could be a sign on the 7th floor pointing to the left saying spa/pool that is visible straight away and not somewhere down the hallway. At first I went to the wrong direction and as the floor was dimly lit, I felt a little lost.

The best thing was the entire staff we encountered! They were beyond exceptional and simply their friendliness and smiles made the stay worthwhile! Thank you!!! Full stars here!! Without that human experience, we wouldn’t have enjoyed the hotel as much as we did! The pool was also beautiful and sauna and steam room were a great addition. Another wonderful thing was the additional extra we got. My cousin celebrated her birthday there and we even got the most delicious cake ever!! They brought it up to the room with red wine and we were blown away by how delicious it was!!! Breakfast was also extremely delicious and I wish I could have eaten more! It was a Saturday and we were told that breakfast was open until 2pm so we should have just stayed there and kept eating more ;)

The swimming pool in the spa could have been a little warmer.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great neighborhood - still in the heart of the city but in a fairly quite area. Staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. Breakfast and bar is also very nice. The room was also very nicely designed and the bed was super comfortable.

Simply an excellent stay. We booked last minute and received a hearty welcome. The room was wonderful. The biggest bed we’ve ever had. Wonderful! The spa was wonderful and well maintained. We’ll definitely be back.

The location on the Ring was perfect for us. It was a short walk to the Opera House and during our stay, we walked to all the sites we wanted to see easily.

Overall everything was good, but i didnt understand why they would leave things liked used cups or old coffee cups, they would even leave some tissue paper that was obviously trash but i would go and come back, everything would be clean but the tissue paper would still be there, i dont know why

I liked the hotel aesthetic and the location was amazing! The massage was really good as well

The shower! ;) it was indeed a small glitch and believe it was unique problem (especially for young children), but that’s it.

Courteous staff - they were on point to make our stay comfortable. Overall our 3 nights stay was extremely comfortable due to great location, nice and cozy room, support from all staffs, add-ons to make our stay more enjoyable.
