There was nothing to dislike, but it is not really recommended for those who have trouble climbing stairs.

Wonderful romantic cottage with many lovely features like the "grandmother" range, old style light switches, woodburning stove in the bedroom, a well equipped kitchen, very comfy beds and our own private sauna that served us well after our days in the mountains and on the bikes. The woodburning stoves were prepared every day and a varied breakfast delivered every morning to the cottage. We also recommend a dinner at the "Wirtshaus". The friendly staff made us very welcome.

The idea of this authentic Austrian Alpine village as accommodation is genius. The huts are fabulous, well equipped, comfortable and crispy clean. The service is outstanding, the staff are ever so helpful and welcoming. And nothing beats the view. This short stay is now a memory for a lifetime.

Littlw bit smell (drain) in the panoramic sauna (in shower). And we prefer more space in the restaurant. You can eat from your neighbour's plate, almost. It's not comfortable. But it was a little bit things.

Great silent locality, privacy, beautiful scenery, village with style. Breakfast serving the cottage, it's great idea. You have privacy, your wife doesn't need perfect look. You save very lot of time! 🙂 Completely equipment cottage, with stove (electric ans wood), sink, fridge and dishes, coffee machine etc.

The restrooms of the appartment were a bit small and the light switches despite they are well designed, but a little bit old fashioned.

Amazing panoramic view directly from the bed. Equipment is perfect, there was everything, which is needed for carefree vacation. Also, the preparation of the room, the room service was excellent.

There isn't something to dislike about this place, everything was on point.

First of all i would like to point out that this place exceeded all my expectations, I was blown away as soon as we entered the property, although we arrived late, Christhof was there waiting for us to help us with the bags and guide us to our cabin, the cabin was filled with all the essential things we need and more, the service and kiddness of the workers are amazing, i would have recommend renting a car and getting here with it, first because of the wide parking and the beautiful roads leading to the hotel, overall i have a cabin number that i will be requesting for my next stay but won't tell which one.

we had 3 bedrooms but only 1 shower cabin. glass doors through which you can see other bathroom. one of the beds was broken.

it is great escape, very authentic, remote. it is simple but comfortable. the food in restaurant is good

The heating in the bed rooms weren’t working and it was extremely cold, we told the stuff 3 times, and it still didn’t work, we payed the full price anyways. On top of that our breakfast was confused with another cottage, so we got breakfast for 2 instead of 4 people. The problem got fixed, but that still took some time and a few times to finally have anything and of course we were late for the check out then.

the customer service was limited between 9-6 which don’t provide the desired services. additionally, I was misled by their dinner offer as the customer personal advised to take two orders which i knew later that it’s priced and very expensive!!
