Apartments are very clean, seems everything is new. The service was great, everything we asked for we got it quickly. The location is very quiet and near public transportation, very easy to get anywhere. Thank you for the great experience

The only negative thing is the construction site next to the building which creates a lot of noise from early morning till late night. But when windows are closed it is not that bad.

The apartment is just 15 minutes walk from the center. The location is very nice, quiet area. Parking nearby. Very nice coffee shop for breakfast 2 minutes walk from the place.

The pillows were very poor but the staff did give us extra when we asked. In other apartments were we have stayed, a welcome pack and essentials were provided but not here.

The only thing we didn’t like was the bed and pillows. The mattress was hard for my wife and I had no access to the bed from my side which was against the wall.

Great location, close to U-stop and trams. Easy walk into District 01 for museums, etc. Well equipped and modern kitchen and bathroom facilities, although you need to bring most of your own cooking supplies. Very large, very clean, bright apartment, with master bedroom of ample size. Easy, independent key access. Grocery store (Billa) 2 minute walk down the street. Vending machine in the lobby for night time munchies. Note: the apartment is very nice but is a bit minimalist--not much art, nothing particularly "homey," no rugs, etc. For us, after a day exploring dazzling Vienna, this was a welcome "palate cleanser." We will return, perhaps for a much longer visit to this amazing city.

We arrived 45 minutes earlier, I asked through booking to get a key earlier, I was refused. I called the phone number but an answering machine answered in German. I was waiting in front of the Apartment. If you arrive earlier, you will have to wait. I was with children, who had to go to the toilet, (Thanks to the other apartments...). There was no shower shampoo. The mattress was not comfortable. There is only one pillow per person. The entire apartment is plastered with house rules that make your stay uncomfortable.

I would suggest to have a vacuum cleaner and perhaps another set of towels so we can clean and change when we would like to. But this is considering longer stays such as longer than a week which was our case.

Be aware there is no room service during the stay. We were not able to find the staff to talk to, but when we asked for more pillows through the booking messaging they were brought the same day

The room is big with all you need (kitchen, wash machine etc). 5 minutes to the U1 metro station. Supermarket is very close. Few cafes nearby (including kosher ones)

While the apartment was amazing, the entrance hallway had a smell of the old household rubbish (unpleasant odour) the whole time while we stayed there (5 days/nights). The rubbish storage room is opening into the hallway where visitors pass through to go to the lift or outdoor area, and opposite the keybox where you leave or collect your key. It seems that waste room has no ventilation and the rubbish is not removed regularly, hence all the smell is going into the hallway. This needs to be addressed!!

Fabulously spacious, bright, quiet, clean and well equipped apartment. Convenient lift to the top floor. Spectacularly decorated entrance hall. Easy access to public transport and central Vienna.

I would recommend having the check-in time earlier than 3 pm. Or include an early check-in option for those who arrive early in the morning. I had to wait almost 6 hours to check in on Sunday when almost nothing works in Vienna.

This studio apartment is a perfect option to have all the space to yourself. It is a clean, odor-free, and charming spacious apartment within 3-4 minutes from the U1 metro (Nestroyplatz). The location is quiet to unwind after a long day of city tour or work. It has a comfortable double bed and the kitchen is well-equipped with all you need to cook and dine. The accommodation exceeded my expectations which I highly recommend to others to consider.

Nothing to complain about.

The apartment building is located in a quiet residential area of Vienna, but just a short walk from 3 different train or subway stations. The apartments have been recently remodeled and very comfortable. The host, Ronny, was very helpful in wanting to make sure everything went well with our stay. The apartments have nice kitchens, and there are a few markets within minutes of the building, so preparing meals is very easy. The apartment and the street are really quiet and peaceful, yet you can walk to the center of Vienna in about 20-30 minutes.

Second bedroom is small and for one person without window opening possibility since it is not looking at the street, but that’s on building design itself.

Excellent apartment for family accommodation. Very clean, newly renovated with spacious bedroom and living room. Good location, close to the subway, close to the affordable parking garage and just across Billa for groceries. Kitchen is well equiped and generally noise level from the street is low.
