You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PolandHouse was looking "used" and needs a refresh. Deposit is large and even though cleaning is paid for seperately you have to take off all the bedsheets and do a broom clean before leaving. also the 12 euro/dog/night cost for pets is steep considering the "worn" nature of the rental.
Location was great - nice views. Ample parking.

Czech RepublicThe final price was much higher than stated by Booking (the difference was around EUR 180!!). Visitors have to pay a deposit which is not mentioned by Booking that is refundable in 2 weeks. Visitors are given a list of tasks they have to perform before leaving the house (strip the bed linen and place it in the hallway, etc.) and still have to pay EUR 180 for a cleaning service. Ridiculous!
The village itself is well located. Close to main attractions around (Dachstein, lakes, etc.) The houses are somewhat crowded in the village but the concept is understandable. The view is magnificent.

Czech RepublicThis is the WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!! First of all, only book this apartment if you have extra 200 €. For some mysterious reason, the hotel charged me with more then 200 € and delivered ultimatum: either you’re paying EXTRA MONEY or canceling the booking (which was not possible because it was too late to find another housing at that time). Nobody was able to explain me, why there is one price indicated while reserving and another price that I have to pay in reality (200 € MORE!!!). Second of all, the hotel has problems with entering the housing outside of the office hours, which is almost at all times because the reception is only open 3 hours per day. Thirdly, even though the hotel charged me 13 € per person for towels and linens, I was not able to use the towels as the hotel does not ANY sanitary equipment (even though it’s during the COVID pandemic). There is no shower gel, shampoo, sanitizer or even simple soap! Fourthly, the hotel was not able to provide me with the WiFi password for 2 days and when they did, it did not work anyway. The main reason why you should NOT come to the hotel, is VERY VERY rude and unpleasant personnel. They left a letter in the room, asking me to come before 12 o’clock. When I came at 10:50, the reception was closed (again). After this they blamed me that I did not come earlier (that was fantastic, they said it’s my fault). Also the hostess tried to persuade me she called me to warn to come before 10:00 but she never did (I don’t know why they lie all the time). The last thing, the layout of the houses is not true. While reserving, it was said the house has one bedroom for 3, another for 3 and the last for 2. In the end it was 4-2-2 instead of 3-3-2 so the families with small children should be divided the very last minute because of the hotel’s lies (again???).
The location is marvelous, the view is very beautiful but it does not worth suffering in this hotel just for the view.
