Stunning place to stay! Hosts are super nice and will make you feel at home. Very comfortable bed; spacious room with a picturesque view from the balcony. The food is AMAZING! Each day there is a different 5 course menu to try. There is always a veggie option when it comes to the main course. My absolute favourite were soups and desserts (Tiramisu left me speechless!). Internet connection was quite bad and unstable. We were surprised by the operating hours of spa area. The sauna was available from 3pm and till 7:30 pm only. The cleaning lady was constantly disturbing us on checkout day while we were still in the room by trying to open it.

We liked the room with balcony and Mountain View. The breakfast and dinner was delicious! Totally recommend to take it. The tea kettle wasn’t in the room but was provided on our request. Nice sauna area.

It was a shame that there wasn't complementary beverages in the room. A number of our party didn't find the pillows to be very comfortable. I feel that the cost of tap water was extremely expensive and should of been free.

Food options were very good, breakfast had a wide variety which was all lovely and there were dinner options to suit everyone. The swimming pool and hot tub were the perfect end to a busy day skiing. Hotel was very clean and friendly, helpful staff.

The only thing I would recomend is to have a better wifi, it kept logging off and asking many times for the password again. Sometimes I didnt realised I was off and using my data. But just a minor recomendation, everything else was perfect.

Food was amazing, they also prepared a great option for my daughter that is Celiac. Clean, great staff and location.

The glasses in my room were dirty. I used one glass the first night and could tell when I came back the next evening that it had just been wiped down with a towel and not really cleaned.

The location is great since it’s on the edge of the village. It makes driving and parking much easier

There were roof constructions going on while we stayed. In the entrance area was a construction fence. We couldn't enter with our stroller. We needed to carry it.

I would suggest to change the internet access portal. you are obliged to log in again every time you leave the hotel, while any subsequent connection should be automatic after the first one.

The Wi-Fi is horrible, you need to reconnect every 30 minutes or so by renewing your username and password. Also the username is your room number which leaves a possibility of your privacy on the internet being compromised. Not all the saunas were on while we were there. None of the rooms have airconditioning

We booked a deluxe room but it was very small. The mattress was very hard and it was 2 single beds pushed together. It overlooked the road which was very noisy so we had lots of disturbed nights.

Jacuzzi and spa facilities were great. Staff were fantastic. Food was good.

The location. In order to get the hotel by quick way you have to pay ~3.5€ each time for the highway. It is annoying that that wasn't mentioned in booking details on hotel page.

The stuff was very king, when we say that the bed wasn't as we reserved, the stuff suggest us to switch the room. The temperature in the jacuzzi was low, and the stuff also, handled that as fast as possible. We also have some special requests regarding our staying and the help us kindly.
