Family hotel with lot lot lot of yelling, screaming (young) children everywhere, in restaurant, swimmingpool, around the reception. Best way is to create one corner with only singles or couples. I wanted to try the sauna (mandatory without clothes but with towel) but children also entered, just to look.

Great location just outside the Italian border, close to all sorts mountain walks and facilities. The staff of the hotel is super friendly and kind, we enjoyed the large breakfast and dinner buffet as well as the swimming pool and sunbathing area. Great value.

Pool water was slightly cool

Very friendly staff and very accommodating with children and when planning the stay. Nice pool and very good location: in front of the train station and very close to the great cycle path. Nice walks in the forest just behind the hotel. Trolleys to transport suitcases from car to the room and back. Food is also good. Bathrobes are available if requested.

A large apartment in the center of Kaprun nearby the skilift and restaurants. Breakfast was good, with baked of boiled egs, nice coffee and sweet pies. Not luxurious but sufficient and tasteful .

Arrived on the 'standard arrival day'Saturday, but only 1 employee staffed the desk. This caused delays for all arriving guests. More staff at the desk at these moments would be great, also for the lady who was doing all the work alone. Lots of smaller kids ( till 12 yrs) used the lobby and bar-area as a running & playground, with more than lots of noise. The sauna/spa could use an upgrade and also e wall to separte the pool and spa area, so that kiddies do not easily enter the spa area where adults 'in sauna clothing' are residing

Nice and friendly staff/personel. Breakfast and dinner buffets were reasonable organized in this Covid period, which is a real challenge because it was 'full house' Kids loved the swimming pool. Parking next to the hotel was good and at no charge. Good service from reception desk.

There are two termins when the guests can come to breakfast and dinner. We could not choose the time for the meals by ourself (this is determined by the staff at the reception).

The staff is great and also the location. They provide me a gluten free food for breakfast. If you have a celiac disease the dinner is not prepared separately.

Everything was perfect! The only thing I would suggest is offer room without carpet for allergic person. Despite be clean, I suffered a little a bit with my allergy. The pool water could be a little warmer.

The rooms have very outdated furniture. The bed was quite uncomfortable and carpeting in the room gave off an odd smell. That being said, for the cost, it's worth staying. The pros outway the cons overall. I wish there was balcony for our room.

The food was generally good with a variety to select from. The inclusive package with local wine and beer, softdrinks, afternoon snack, etc is worth it. When booking through booking.com, this is not included so you need to pay extra if you want it. The pool is great for kids but probably not great for others. Room was spacious. Location of the hotel is great. Short drive from the different beauties of the dolomites.

My positive testimonial is proportionate to the amount we paid. Do not expect a four star hotel refinement. If you are looking for a real four star hotel you should increase your budget. I recommend it for families and groups. Less for couples.

Perfect family holiday on the slopes. Great price / quality ratio. Good opportunities for entertaining young kids at the swimming pool. Large room with large bathroom and a bathtub. Proximity to the Italian ski resort 3 zinnen / 3 cime, about 5 km, and to the Austrian one in Sillian. Both are easily accessible by car (free parking) or public transport. We have always found something we liked for breakfast and dinner, including my daughter. Last but not least, very helpful and friendly staff. They can arrange several services for you, like the skipasses.

we booked a room with 2 single beds and received a confirmation via booking. upon arrival the reception states it was just a wish and they offered to place a bed and gave us crappy strecher🙁

The facilities, furniture and everything there is so outdated. I wouldn't book here again. Assignment of a permanent table for a whole stay in a dingy corner is not my idea of a vacation. Bathroom was so bad and the carpets with ancient dirt.

Perfect welcoming great helpful staff Hotel is on great location very close to skii lift from both side, Italijan and austrian. Wonderfull breakfast and very good supper great value for money. Especially good communication with reception staff and they were very helpful. We will come back.
