There were no keys in the locker box when we came. Had to wait for someone to collect them from the previous host and bring them over. Also, the place didn't seem to be cleaned properly - full trash bags in front of the door, loaded dish washer, greasy oven. No window shades in the bathroom. Very soft mattresses and pillows.

The location is great, houses are wonderfully set in the forest. Beautiful views from the terrace. Spacious living area. Private ski-room.

There are no instructions about how to use electric fireplace.

Location is perfect. There is also small sauna for 2 people and jacuzzi for max 3 person.

House was cold for first 3 days even with heating on. Heat hours are ONLY 7-10 and 16-22, if you are going to sleep and midnight it will be cold in the house. House location on booking and on Alps Resorts page was INCORRECT which was frustrating on arrival day. You get house location on PAPER at reception when chekining-in. House 42 was our house and it was 20 minutes walk from ski slope, or 3 min by car (if going by car, be on slopes early because parking is too few close to ski lifts.

House is made for crews of friends. House layout made us more compact. Great value for the money.

When booking this cabin (here on booking.com) there was no way of knowing what cabin I had booked. All the ALPS Resort cabins had all the same pictures of multiple cabins and until we showed up there, we had no idea which one we had booked.

The cabin itself was easy to find, very clean and had comfortable beds. The design of the interior is very modern and provides everything you need and more. The fireplace, the WiFi, the whirlpool ... everything was working perfectly. And the locations is obviously amazing.

The house can take up to 16 persons but the kitchen is pretty small and the fridge is ridiculously small! Couldnt fit there with the food. Very small chopping boards. Sauna for two/three sitting persons... No garbage bags. Not enough room to dry the skying clothes.

Great location, beautiful new chalets in the middle of the woods, walking distance to the slopes. Fireplace, sauna, whirpool. Views from the terraces. Sky room next to the lifts.

Basic amenities were missing: there was no soap, sugar, etc. that would have been great if had been provided.

The house was great: it was cosy, the furnishment looked nice, the living room was spacious, the allocation of beds was practical and the beds were comfortable. It was also very close to the slopes. The wellness area was superb, we really enjoyed using the sauna and the hot tub after a day of skiing.

Hard to find.

Very good location with picturesque views. Well-equipped house even with an electric grill and fondue. The jacuzzi was a great complement to an exhausting day in the mountains.

There was no soap, no dishwasher tablet, no dishcloth, no dishwashing liquid, only one roll WC paper per toilet to one week.

There is no sound isolation (whatsoever) in the building. You can actually hear people upstairs better on the ground floor, than upstairs. Even if someone simply walks in the kitchen, it sounds like an elephant in the bedrooms.

Well, Paulilift doesn't exist anymore, so the nearest ski lift was like 600-700 meters away. And in this distance some elevation change is also included, which makes it a bit difficult to go by car when there is a significant snowfall. And I thought the sauna was bigger, bit it was just a small infrasauna for 2 persons. Still enjoyable, but it is not like you can have great discussions with friends inside.

The apartment really had a nice atmosphere, the living room on the top floor was really beyond our expectations. It was a really good place to get together, have discussions or watch a movie or a sports event.

House was not cleaned, promised baby chairs werent delivered, email to resort about accomodation not being exactly what was booked was never answered, despite we were told to write an email in the first place. All in all lack of transparency for booked accomodation and staff not being very helpfull ( or not being period ), only time they came was to tell us to repark the cars for some other house guests.

The rooms were not like in the description. Instead of 4 rooms with king size bed there were three rooms with king size bed and two rooms with bunk beds.

The pictures are slightly misleading. You are not gonna get what you see on the pictures. Extra charges for children were added by the accomodation - these were not presented by booking.com and were added just out of the blue.

Location is very good. Rooms are big enough.

the sink holes were blocked, dishwasher didn t work - we asked for maintanence nobody came to repair it
