comfortable, but up a steep hill

It was such a long walk up to our apartment, which was at the top of a very long hill and nowhere near as close to the lift as stated in Booking. The saunas kept running out of towels. And we could hear the techno music blasting through from our neighbors very easily, the walls seem thin.

The rooms were comfortable and a high standard. The rooms were clean. It's a quiet area (other than the partying teenagers next door). Saunas are nice, but only open to families on Wednesdays. There is a pizza place on the hill up to the apartment near the pool, but they did get our order wrong (and the nachos were chewy and seemed old). There is a good, usable kitchen with a little oven. The staff were very helpful.

Different than last time is that a parking spot was not included, at least not anywhere close to the apartment. It should be somewhere but we haven't found it, the description at the service desk was not correct, they also didn't seem to know where we should park. Overall we managed, but its a rather steep walk:) However, its great that they have a taxi service around the park on most days, not every day though, so sometimes we had to walk.

2nd time that we stayed here, again we had a good time

The heating was not working in two rooms when we arrived, so the first night was very uncomfortable. The staff reacted fast and found a workaround, but these things must be checked before the guests come. The complex is very large, so building an indoor pool in addition to the existing spa option may be worth considering.

The apartment is very large, clean and comfortable. We had a covered garage, which is a huge benefit during cold days. The wifi was excellent. Communication with staff was easy and efficient.

Long and uphill walk to the apartment that we were unaware of prior to arriving. Part of the walk was icy and some of us fell. Insufficient toilet paper provided and a long way to the grocery store (30 minute bus that comes once per hour or you need a car).

Lovely apartment, gorgeous views, great location for ski lift and ski buses. Pool, spa & sauna are good additions to unwind after skiing.

Huge kitchen but no proper oven making it tricky to cook. Only a microwave grill. Plenty of room for an oven so don’t understand this. We choose self catering so we can cook as we have dietary needs that mean we can’t eat out all the time. Shower was a prefab unit which was hard to use when 3 of the 4 of us are over 6 foot tall.

Spacious, comfortable and attractive furnishings. Warm, and clean.

The beds are not great and the bathrooms are a bit dated and not that easy to use.

Apartments are stocked with everything you need for a weeklong holiday stay. The staff was very responsive with questions and needs.

Apartment was not very clean when we arrived, there were even dirty dishes in the pantry. We cleaned up the entire place before we could really settle in. All the cleaning material provided was so old that it should be thrown in the trash right now away (they looked really disgusting). We had to buy some cleaning things ourselves. The mattresses and pillows were very old and worn out completely. The apartment needs some real renovation, especially the bathroom and toilet have leakage marks on the ceiling. Toilet sink was leaking.

Friendly and helpful staff, good location (close to Zell am See), and well equipped apartment. The whirlpool and swimming pool were also nice.

The steps and chair outside were splattered with what looked like plaster. Also, during the week someone cut down a bush and left all the cuttings on the stairs...very strange. Children's play area was very rundown.

Location was stunning. Apartment was very well-equipped for self-catering. We really enjoyed the restaurant attached to the reception too.

The kitchen faucet didn't have pressure, so it took some patience using it. Also after a day on the slopes, when everything's wet, you'd like to dry your shoes and gloves. Now we only had small heaters - good luck drying shoes and gloves, let alone for 5 people.

I loved the service from the receptionist! Very helpful, friendly and patient. I also liked the fact that the sofa bed was comfortable to sleep on, and that all amenities were arranged. Even a cheese cutter! There's also a storage area per apartment with lock for gear.

The address provided in booking is not the address of the current reception, and GPS takes you all the way to the top of the appartment village. Staff at reception is extremely untrained and does not speak proper German or English, making it impossible to communicate with them besides ,yes’ and ,no’ (with the exception of 1 gentleman). No information is provided upon arrival besides room number (stuff like spa opening hours, location, shuttle bus operating hours etc), staff has zero knowledge about their own facilities, checks leaflets for everything, they don’t know apartment locations, they do not speak any language good enough to provide you with necessary initial information, answer questions or assist. In a situation where help was needed from reception, they were unhelpful, and did not understand in either of the languages. They smile and nod, and that’s about it. There were problems with the staff not understanding their own system, with not showing the right reservation, and at the end of stay they try to charge you for cleaning fee that was already included in the booking (probably because of the lack of training) While apartments are very well equipped and very nice, amenities need a little extra attention. For a week stay of 4 people, 2 toilet paper rolls and 4 dishwasher tablets were provided. Towel exchange is for an extra charge, as well as extra toilet paper. It is a ski resort, but the only area for your skis is in a cellar down 2 flights of stairs. No heating for skiing boots which is a standard in Austria.

Accommodation has great potential with its location right next to the Zell am SeeXpres ski lift, right next to a skibus stop allowing you to ski around without the need to drive. A shuttle bus drives up and down the appartment village in the mornings and evenings with helpful staff. Apartments were well-equipped, nicely decorated, tidy and cleanliness was great in rooms and spa areas. Cleaning staff was super nice and helpful, especially Anita! There are 2 very nice spa areas with saunas open until 8pm, one of them with a jacuzzi and an outdoor heated pool (nobody informs you though, you have to figure it out yourself).

At arrival the appartment was dirty and full of dust all over the floor, so we had to clean it first. One bed had broken leg, so I somehow had to fix it first… There are no rules in saunas. People come in in swimsuits without towels and most of them are too loud.

Location is great. The saunas are good idea, but they need improvments. Appartment is also very nice, but it should be properly prepered for the guests that arrive…

Parking was a bit difficult, some apartments had appointed parking spots but most did not. During our last day we found out that there were brand new saunas in our aparment building. We were not given any info about this and there was no hotel info in the apartment. There was a reception desk in the new apartment building we were staying in, but no personel since the reception was further down the road. We had to help and guide other people trying to find the reception since there were no instructions in the building or numbers to call. The hotel should inform guests better! Definately not ski-inn hotel, it's a long way to walk the skibus-stop or to the lifts with you ski boots on. Luckily we had a rental car.

Upon arrival we were given keys to an appartment that had not been cleaned at all. Had to spend the night in another appartment and move the next day to the one we were originally given. Not a great start to a holiday! Apartment was new and nice but already after few weeks of use there was a lot of dust under the beds, so cleaning is not at the level it should be. Kids enjoyed the pool area. Hotel seemed to be fully booked but it was very peaceful and quiet, so we enjoyed that.

Service is really bad, maybe because they just opened up but all is really messy, no information about anything (where to throw the trash, extra towels and others), going to the reception was always very challenging, besides the fact that the reception is located far from the apartments maybe 10 minutes walking or 2 minutes driving (close to lifts to the mountain). There was no toilet paper enough, no dishwasher soap, trash bags and some other basics which paying this amount of money you expect. We asked in the reception, they said that someone would come and it never came. Water was leaking from the sealing, apparently a well know problem which can only be solved in spring. Breakfast is expensive for what is offers (15 euros per person).

Review for the 3 Bedroom apartment: Apartments are very new, well decorated, very comfortable, like the pictures, very spacious, perfect view, parking for free, near by bus stop to go to skilifts (you can also walk to Zell am See Express) and stores to rent equipment. Sauna and Spa area were nice, opened until 8pm. Reception has a little store where you can buy the basics. Village where is located is very quiet but 10 minutes by car from Salbach or Zell am See, there are maybe 2 restaurants around.

We had extremely unpleasant experience on the day of our check out from your staff member on reception desk. We had two apartments pre paid by same credit card and for some reason tourist tax and cleaning was charged differently (difference was 80 eur) .. when we asked for explanation I was told " you dont understand, I KNOW where you come from (Serbia) , you dont have EUR there and maybe you dont understand exchanged rates... ‼️ Exchanged rates have nothing to do with this but this type od discrimination and rude unnecessary comment was not expected 🚨. Simple explanation that different charges were made during booking could be enough!

Not much to say that's negative. Just that on the last day the pool was super super cold (at noon).

Free parking, an amazing large balcony, beautiful view with huge windows in the bedroom and living room. Decent sized bathroom. The pools were quite private as the place wasn't really busy (we often had the pool for ourselves). Really quiet and remote which we loved. New stove in the kitchen and a large fridge for it being a vacation apartment. The restaurant on the facility is yummy is as well. The staff was very accommodating.
