We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United Statesunfortunately, the hotel location is a blessing and a curse. each night, we were woken up by drunks roaming streets below and engaging in very loud, drunken shouting. as much as we love the hotel, this was our second try and both times, each night, the awful loud drunks on the street impeded sleep so we prob will find a different hotel next time. not sure why the city doesnt fo more about the ‘problem’.

United StatesWe arrived to breakfast the last hour it was open and there wasn't very much food left. They didn't replenish anything even though there was an hour left to serve guests.
The hotel is beautiful and well maintained! It is in a great location and was close to a parking garage since it is a pedestrian only area. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. Our 2 families were placed close to each other in a private hallway which was awesome and so nice of the staff to accommodate us with a baby. The rooms were cozy and beautifully updated. The restaurant had wonderful food and great service!
