Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Very friendly staff, great wellness and perfect service. We could order fresh bread and croissants that were delivered next morning at our door. Schutle service to the lifts. Very nice place to stay.

SwitzerlandEverything were written in german, so we did not know how to get new towels, and we missed a lot of info, but this will not compromise your stay, you need just to translate everything, when you can. And the team is helpful I would expect minimum room service ( take trash etc) with this price, but they propose to you service for cleaning with additional fee, but you need to know it The bed is quite hard, for me was ok but not for my husband, and some pillows need to be replaced, they look for me not confortable at all I would go back despite this
For families you have many things for kids! It is amazing The apartments are wonderful with almost everything you need! The Hotel Alpin Chalet am Burgsee was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning views. The hotel itself was beautifully designen. The staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making sure that all of our needs were taken care of during our stay. Whether we needed recommendations for ski runs or help with the transportation, the staff were always happy to assist. The apartment we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made it easy to relax after a long day. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The highlight of the hotel was the outside pool, which was well heated. Overall, we would highly recommend the Hotel Alpin Chalet to anyone. And we are looking forward to come back!
