As we were there during end April, we did not know the outside sitting patio was closed and bar inside as well :)

Room with view of the lake was magnificent. Bathroom with heated floor was something great as it was freezing outisde and big spacious with all amenities, Breakfast good variety and organic :)

Parking was challenging (busy, narrow spaces, uphill, pillars to watch out for).

Super friendly staff, summer card provision with a map and a booklet of all attractions (which are many or totally worthy!), views on the lake, well equipped, spacious, clean room, amazing breakfast!

No facility for evening meal and hotel located on a slight hill. No bar although we were offered a drink at the poolside if we had wanted one.

Very friendly staff throughout our stay. Room was spacious with a balcony. Good shower room. We had breakfast on the decking and it was great. Normal range of yogurts, fruit, nuts. Eggs made to order. Smoked salmon. Great coffee. Had a summer card which gave us a free lake trip. Pool indoors and was great. There is also an outdoor seating area off the pool as well as inside. Sweets and energy bars free at reception. Lift went to the lower ground for parking. Close to restaurants. Near to ski lifts for winter stays.

Comfortable accommodation with lovely views out to the lake from the balcony. Excellent breakfast. Easy free parking. Lovely indoor swimming pool. The owner went out of his way to offer and explain what was available with the free tourist summer card. I was only there 24 hours but was able to take 3 cable cars and a lake cruise for free. Thank you. I wish I had stayed longer

The carpets in the corridors of the family rooms need to be changed, there is a city tax and we were informed on the last day, it would be good to inform us when checking in or before booking for affording the amount of money
