A little bit far from the center of Schladming, but we knew this, so not a problem for us. But as the hotel is situated above Schladming you have a wonderful view over the city and the surrounding area! Good to know that a guarantee of 100 euros is retained and then returned after the check-out (we didn't know about this... it would be useful to write it on booking, so that you know in advance).

SPA was not operational due to reconstruction, and they didn't bother to offer additional service to compensate.

Room is very comfortable for a couple. It is equipped with all you need for an enjoyable stay. Terrace is super spacious with beautiful views to mountains.

The carpet in the room a little bit dusty. But that’s not a big problem for me.

I like the view from the main bedroom and from the balcony!! I can see the mountains from there. They also already open the sofa bed in the living room into the bed. The main bedroom is wide and spacious, i like it a lot! The staff (the man from Czech) is also friendly and full of smile). Many of my friends asking me about this place and i already recommended it!

The room is spacious, with all the amenities included, it is very modern and there is a lot of parking space around. Staff was friendly and helpful. All in all very good location and well designed interior.

The pool was not open !!!!Deposit rules!!!! First of all, no one mention they take 100euro deposit. The money are not returned yet and it has been a week, everytime they are saying different excuses like the problem is with the bank.( which is not, we have already contact the bank) Now they say that is normal we can hold your deposit to 30 days😦 Whyyy, we haven’t done anything, broke or take or so. This is so UNPROFESIONAL from the Hotel!

During this season which is quite, it was better not to charge for everything such as game room and laundry. Also the room was dusty, and I cleaned lamp and heating in the bathroom .

The swimming pool alone didn't work.

The hotel is not new, but it is nicely maintained, located next to the ski slopes in a nice environment. The staff is very careful, the facilities are good, the cleanliness is exemplary. The appartman is comfortable, well equipped, clean.

The heating was not working properly. I couldn't open the windows to get out on the balcony. The staff were not so friendly. They charge 100€ deposit (oau).

Very friendly personnel, informal feeling upon speedy check-in and check-out. Nice skis and boots storage facility which stays warm overnight. Parking on site.

I booked the room at Alpine Club for a short notice ski trip to Schladming. The staff were really friendly and helpful when I arrived and during my stay. My room was very comfortable and clean, with good facilities. A short drive from the centre of Schladming and very good value.

Breakfast as a separate option in the restaurant located in the building, payed only cash, the choices of meals were limited and of standard quality.

Apartments are fresh (seems to recent renovation), quite spacious, modern and comfortable, all kitchen equipment you may need.

i don't like to pay for sports equipment such as billiard table and hand football.

i like it they have very good location, they 2 type of rooms, so if they can give room with nice view is sooo nice. they room was very clean, it's good option, in their room they have every thing for cooking and ....

Pool is closed. In November, there are limited activities. Local museums and castles are closed.

Really big rooms, equipment in kitchen is good. There is no oven, only microwave and elektric stove. Rooms are quiet, beds are really comfortable.
