Location was excellent and breakfast very good. The staff was so very helpful since I had to go to hospital and hotel helped them find other accommodations as needed since our stay in Salzburg had to be extended due to one person being in hospital a long time. They were able to extend our stay at their hotel and then helped find another hotel as needed .

The rooms are small and plainly decorated, but clean and sufficient.

The hotel is located in a fantastic location. It is on a quiet street in the midst of the historic old town. It is very convenient to all the sites one wants to see. There are many restaurants nearby. The breakfast was very nice. The staff was extremely helpful.

Right in the middle of Salzburg. Very nice staff. Rooms not that big, but fully equiped and fully functional. Excellent fan instead of airco is great of course! Breakfast was great.

I thought the rooms had air conditioning but they did not. We did have a fan, but it was hot every night with 4 people in our room.

The outlet on the bedside table is a pain. We had to stack items under my charger to get it to stay in the wall. The hotel room/bathrooms are dated, but its a place to stay for a fair price.

The location was perfect! We had 3 rooms for 6 adults. The 2 economy rooms on the main floor were the smallest, the bathroom and room itself were ok. We booked 1 standard room, that one had a little more space, a small bathroom as well. This room faced the street, so it was a bit noisy. Our small dog was able to go with us. The hotel staff from the time of booking until arrival were terrific! Excellent communication- especially with helping me find a parking lot for a 9-seater van over the 2.1M height. We ended up parking at the Mirabell ParkPlatz, with their reduced ticket rate of 14€ a night. I requested a fan in each room, all was great upon arrival. We did not have breakfast, but there is free coffee/tea available in the morning, we sat outside and enjoyed waking up. Everything is walkable - no need to have a car once you are here!

A bit of hiccup during the check in due to receptionist mixing up rooms. But, she resolved it well and everything else was smooth. Breakfast selection can be better.

The hotel is extremely good! Bed is comfy and room is large. The toilet is very comfortable as well, with good heater and enough space to comfortably shower. One of the best hotel in europe, with reasonable price.

Free teas and coffees in the lovely kitchen. Staff were really helpful and nice. Friendly little hotel just a couple of minutes walk from the old town and Mozart's birthplace. Very cosy for a lovely little base in Salzburg!
