Location is superior. Customer service was fantastic- reception helped with maps- the salzburg card- calling a cab for me in the morning to the train station (which was only at 12 euro ride and they drop you off/pick you up right by the hotel) The room was very quiet and there was AC ;) Vending machine with wine/snacks in the basement is a good bonus if you feel like having a glass after hours in your room.

The friendliness of the staff. The rooms had a spacious and so well designed. Just a perfect position to visit the Dom and Castle.

Rooms rather small and plain. Very uncomfortable plastic chair to sit on. Equipment to make coffee, but no coffee powder or milk.

Wonderful location, one minute from city centre. Very nice staff(with one exception.) Excellent breakfast, with preferences served individually. Comfotable beds.

There is no downside here! It’s a terrific little property that works hard to surprise and delight.

This tiny gem of a property exceeds expectations at every turn. The location is superb-quieter than the Getriedegasse but five paces from the Mozartpltz. The hosts are among the most personable and hands-on I’ve ever met. The room was spacious and modern, and the breakfast was very good. Not just my pick for Salzburg, this is one of my new favorite hotels.

Location was exceptional situated immediately adjacent the main square in the old town. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was a decent size with lots of character. Floors could have done with a vacuum or mop.

Thus is an absolute gem of a hotel. Fabulous location right in the centre of the old town, walkable to everywhere. The staff were some of the best I have encountered, super friendly, helpful and kind. Will definitely return!

Tea & hot drink facilities in the room and maybe a small fridge.

Location was fantastic and very central to all attractions. Room for certainly big enough for a family of 3 and the bathroom was lovely with the addition of a bath also. Breakfast was excellent with selection of both hot and cold foods. The services was wonderful , friendly and very attentive to our individual requests. Staff were all willing to help with daily requests for information and were always very chatty and friendly. Wonderful 3 day stay overall.

We chose a King Supreme room with a bathtub thinking it would be a larger bathroom. The bathtub was not in the bathroom, but was in the open in the room, awkwardly taking up space. I would choose the room without a bathtub next time.

Close proximity to many sights in Salzburg Old Town. The hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Some of the gadgets like the bathroom lights had lights on standby mode which we could turn off and therefore lite up the room as reflected in mirrors.

In the room, there was this small light on the same light switch that was kept on once you turn off the light. It was kind of annoying.

Beautiful room in the perfect location to discover Salzburg. When we go back, this is the place where we will stay. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The breakfast had everything and more! This is a must stay for everyone.
