Pay extra for parking. Pay extra for breakfast. No microwave. AC was weak, barely adequate. Location a little away from the town center walking area.

The room was boiling hot even if they mentioned they have "air conditioning" as part of their facilities. We went around April so the weather isn't supposed to be that warm.

The room was big and the bed very comfortable. There are bus stops right outside the hotel that will take you to the city center in around 10 minutes. And the staff was super nice!

The shower and toilet and washing sink were strangely designed, not comfortable to use at all. The toilet was not cleaned after previous guests, the trash bin was filled with different dirt. This problem was solved very quickly.

The cleaning policy seemd changed from what is described in the room. It would be better to clarify how often clean the rooms and exchange the towels.

We were given a free room upgrade which was lovely, staff were very helpful at all times. Great sized room with fridge provided as well. Short walk into the old town.

As our train arrived at lunchtime and we had luggage, our plan was to drop this off and check in later. The pleasant receptionist was able to check us in early which was very helpful. The room itself was fine and quiet, despite having a main road outside. We had no noise issues. There is a bus (number 4) directly across from the hotel which takes you into town on a regular basis. For the money we saved staying slightly outside the old town, this was definitely worth it. With the bus connection (and the fact it's only a 20 minute walk anyway) it was easy to get to and from the hotel.

The reception staff gave me some amazing recommendations for local cuisine and bars. There is also a McDonalds across from the hotel which was very useful after a night on the Bavarian Ale. Prost

Beds could have been a lot better. They kept separating from middle as they were 2 different beds put side to side. Facilities provided are really good and budget friendly.

The floor of the shower in room 102 was very slippy and also not solid, so even for someone who has good balance, it was very unstable. There was a shall leak at the corner edge of the shower coming out onto the bathroom floor tiles. The taped edge of the toilet door was coming loose. The fridge light came on when you opened the door, but it was not cold at all. We did not know there should be a refreshment tray in our room, but when she found out it was missing, the receptionist bought one to us.

The room was a good size and comfortable. All the staff we met, were very friendly and helpful. Handy location for main bus routes. Choice for breakfast buffet was excellent and plentiful. Prices of coffee/beer reasonable. Nice towels. Public areas very pleasant and toilets very clean and well stocked. Good supply of toilet rolls etc.

Although the hotel has a excellent Wi-Fi, I was disappointed to discover that the internet connection in my room was dreadful. Despite making multiple complaints to the hotel staff, the issue remained unresolved.

The location of the establishment was optimal, offering easy access to various amenities and attractions. Additionally, the facilities were well-maintained and provided guests with a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
