No 24/7 reception. I would expect more from a 4 star hotel. The extra bed in a room for 3 adults was small.

Wonderful traditional hotel in Kufstein. The family room was very nice and big (to fit 6 persons). View in castle. Close to center. Great breakfast.

Attention, the hotel is 4* but has no air conditioning or fan. If you get a room under the roof in the hot summer, you are in for a hot night !! If it's because of the ecology or because it's in the Alps, I don't understand. Just Austria. It was an unpleasant surprise. Otherwise an old city hotel with history, but otherwise nothing. Well we lasted one night and escaped to Italy where the service and facilities are more adapted to the times and geared to the guests. No reason to return next time.

elevator is during renovation, so we have to carry our big luggages to the 3rd floor. we stays in deluxe family suite for 7 persons but there is only 1 bathroom. parking nearby the hotel with 10€. others are excellent

love the excellent breakfast with plenty of choices, service staff is also excellent with good explanation and service mind. we got the card for free excess to the castle and free cable car to reach there. location is also good, close to the castle and the city with plenty of restaurants nearby , room is good and comfortable bed.

Although the bed was comfortable, the pillows and duvet were very small. The electronic safe always gave an error message when closing. That's why we didn't dare to put anything in it.

The breakfast was very good (good selection of real fresh bread and fruits). The shower was big enough to use it together :-).

the hotel was great , walking distance from hbf and near to market places . it was clean as well . friendly and accomodative staff . bus stop for pick up and drop for skiing ( soll) is just behind the hotel and the hotel will arrange free passes for the bus .

The beds are not comfortable. Shampoo and shower gel was empty. I think this should be checked by the staff which obviously was not.

Room appeared to be over a busy road which was very noisy throughout the night.

Lovely hotel in excellent location. Superb breakfast. The bonus of the Kufstein Card giving free access to attractions is brilliant.

There was no air con or ceiling fan and it was super hot. Was very hard to sleep at night. The pilows were terrible. The big suite for 5 persons had only one toilet.

We had a family suite which was really specious, had a kitchen and had a lot of room. The staff was very very nice. Breakfast was great

Just one night's stay but we felt very comfortable at the hotel. Very good service and excellent location with parking. Dinner in the open air yard was great and breakfast excellent with omelets made to order and otherwise a good selection in attractive restaurant area. All in all very recommendable.

Perfect location next to the old town. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bar next door open late. Villach brewery opposite side of the street. Very good quality/cost ratio. Highly recommended.

I chose this hotel especially as I knew I would be getting to the city late evening, so wanted somewhen where the reception would still be open during the evening. I got a message on the day to say that as my arrival was between 8-9pm (which was advised at the time of booking) the reception would be closed and I was give a code to access my key from a safe box outside, which was easy enough. As there were not many people around and most places in the victim were closed (it was a Sunday night) I Felt uneasy and uncomfortable trying to retrieve the key from the box and walking into the hotel with dimmed lighting all on my own.

The room was clean and really comfortable. The shower was really huge which was so lovely. The breakfast in the morning was copious and really nice. The staff were kind and helpful.
