- Matress was extremely soft. - Noise insulation is rather poor. You should sleep with earplugs. - Extra: I would appreciate a kettle in the room or at least in the shared area. I wasn't indicated in the description though, so no minus for that.

- Good value per money. - Location: close to metro station, area seems totally safe. - Nice & helpful staff. No problems with check-in/check-out. They give Whatsapp contact in case of emergency.

A bit confusing to reach the reception. Some additional basic utilities like a kettle for hot water would be appreciated.

Very friendly and helpful staff, flexible with members of our group arriving at few different times. Good price for localization. Close to underground rail and a few bus stops but also in walking distance to many attractions. More comfortable pillows than average.

The key to the inner hotel door was the same as our room key which made me think that all rooms share the same keys. It was clear that there was surveillance but still.

The place is in an ideal location to get around. Feels newly renovated and very modern. The room was excellent and clean. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good, albeit a bit simple. I would definitely book again.

Dusty heavy air. Unfortunately a humid pavement cleaning was not possible to do on my request (by contract it is not expected, so understandable). IMHO in general more focus on cleaning (especially dust and better quality windows or/and air conditioning with filters) would give a great boost in overall clients' experience. The very first night of staying late and loud clients arrived and talked for a while (10-15 mins). Acoustic isolation was not enough to protect from hearing a discussion about the price and who is going to pay the room. It was given only one copy of keys, so the family had to manage all entrances/going out in sync.

In general very attentive reception service. Role model trust in managing drinks from the fridge. Support with the car parking registration. Availability of a fridge for your own food storage. Evident appreciated investment in rinnovation of the bathroom (ie excellent shower) and the room (walls, pavement, good TV). Very pleasant sweets on arrival to the hotel. Were really appreciated.

Room was a little too hot even for someone that likes the heat. You need to turn the fans on to be comfortable.

Excellent price compared to other properties in Vienna at the same time. Although a little out of central Vienna public transport was easy. Bathroom was quite modern and heated towel rack and floor. We were treated with a small bag of chocolates at Christmas, it was a lovely gesture.

We've got a room close to reception and it was very loud from the morning time. Very dificult to sleep in the early hours. If you are a late sleeper it is not a very good experience.

You have to walk a lot for the nearest station and with the cold weather and snow, it was not the best thing. Also, the room is not cleaned daily.

The rooms are very clean and the staff is really helpful. The heater is also working well. Room is really comfortable They left us chocolates for Christmas in the room, which was really sweet

The breakfast is a little sparse in terms of cheese - a bit more choice especially for vegetarians would be good though I understand that in a rather small pension you also don´t want to regularly having to throw away leftovers. I solved this by bying a nice cheese in the near supermarket and then everything was fine. Normally I very much agree with not having towels changed every day, during my stay though this time my towels and bath mat got dirty (snow etc. outside that entered room with my boots as well as a scratch on my hand) and I would have liked to have them changed what didn´t happen. It wasn´t that much that I would have asked for that, though, what probably would have been fulfilled instantly, so these points are just very minor complaints and I would happily book this place again!

Everything super with minor exceptions breakfast (though good coffee!) and a little bit of dust on the heating! I really liked the matress of the bed, and the bathroom seemed to be freshly renovated. Without exception the hosts are very friendly and on Dec 1st, I even found some chocalate on my pillow! :-) Restaurants, cafés, supermarket and public transport very near, walking distance to center. Quiet, smoker´s balcony, fridge with drinks to buy. Lift, nice old building and neighbors!

Amazing service, the staff is really sweet, always helpful, very nice to the customers. The house itself looks a bit old, but no worries! The rooms are new, bathroom all clean as well as the room. The breakfasts are ok. But maybe there could be something warm (eggs, sausages) it’s just bread, ham, vegetables. We were totally ok with that but some people might miss it! In general, it was great. We were traveling and it was nice coming to a clean comfy place.

The furniture in the room seems to be a bit oldfashioned. The coffee we get at breakfast was way too light, but, overall , it was ok

It is located on a quiet street but near a place with bakeries and restaurants. Easy to get a tram or metro or even walk to the main touristical places in Vienna. The room is very spacious and clean , the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was ok , eith sandwiches and fruits, coffee and hot chocolate for the kids.

A little too far from the centre but we knew that when booking. The building itself is a bit rundown. However, the rooms aren’t.
