The toilet outside sometimes was used by other guests, which was a bit unusual as it’s only for one room as I understood. Cleaning in the room was quite frequent and there was no sign “do not disturb”, so it was not possible to regulate it.

The room was very small and the matress was a nightmare - very, very soft, back hurt a lot. Also, there’s no kitchen. There is a microwave and a fridge but that’s it. No kettle, no appliances, no equipment (such as mugs or silverware).

Nice and cozy, warm water, warm heater, shared microwave and freezer. Seemed fairly cheap and good location directly at the Tram and 4 minutes from U6. Old building with nice classic interior charme. Few guests during our stay (as in, no other guests) meant quiet and nice.

Very basic. A bit grotty, walls could do with decorating in room. Cleaning is regular but not thorough or with any pride. Bedding not 100% clean

V friendly staff, great communication. Location. A 20min walk to centre or v easy trams no 43 or 44 v close by. A 35min taxi ride from Vienna Int Airport Good shower and warm heating.

Internet in some parts of the room wasn't good. Beds were super soft to an extent that it's not comfy at all, so maybe need a bit harder mattress to be more comfortable.

Hotel was a in a good location, with access to many ways of transportation, so it's easy to get to anywhere around Vienna. Lots of nice restaurants located there, internet was good near the reception.

The toilet is so narrow. And furniture little bit old so, sometimes this is problem for clothes.

The pension’s location is big advantage for trip. And near the bus, tren station. The staffs are very helpfull, similing and friendly. If there is a problem, the staffs take care of it immediately. And the room is clean

Our biggest gripe was that the towels were musty - too many hotels use cool washes which always results in musty towels - towels really need a hot wash. We put the stinky towels on the shower floor but they just hung them up again each day. They didn't get changed until the 6th day - the day before we left. The mattress was very soft which was surprisingly OK to sleep on but you will roll off if you lie close to the edge - it was a big bed though

Friendly and helpful staff who provided us with a kettle and tea cups throughout our stay. There was also a communal fridge and microwave which was great for keeping milk in. Generally a quiet area with easy access to the excellent public transport system as there is a tram stop a few yards away and the U6 line 2 blocks away. Good wifi

The mattress was very soft and you could feel every little move by the other person in the bed. The shower was cleaned but perhaps the grout could be cleaned as well. Wish it had a fridge in the room and not a shared fridge in the breakfast room.

Staff: Friendly welcome. Location: It was close to U-Bahn and Straßenbahn. The walk to the U-Bahn number 6 "Alser Straße" was less than 10 minutes. Straßenbahn number 43 with stop "Brünnlbadgasse" stopped right in front of the building going into town. Restaurants: If you don't want to walk far, two busy restaurants, a Ramen noodles place and another restaurant were across the street. "Toscana" up on Feldgasse 100m away had great pasta. Nice to have an elevator so you don't have to walk up to the 4th floor.

Just a tiny annoyance related to slow-draining water while taking a shower: but I am convinced that can be easily fixed after this feedback.

There was no working WiFi and no A/C which could be uncomfortable in August (room gets hot).

I think overall the place was a good value. Location was great, bed was comfortable and the room was overall very clean. Bathroom was small but functional. I would say that I recommend this place if you are out and about the entire day and then go back to sleep. For this purpose, it is perfect!

The only downside was the occasional poor Wi-Fi connection. While not a major issue, it did prove to be a slight inconvenience for staying connected.

Our recent stay at this hotel room left us with a generally positive impression. The room was impeccably clean, and its proximity to the city center was a huge plus. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, adding a personal touch to our experience. We also enjoyed a pleasant window view that added to the overall ambiance.
