Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyFriendliest and nicest host I have had in a while! The apartment is quite cute, very clean and organized. Lisa is an angel and made sure we where enjoying as much as possible. Theres a bus right outside the apartment that drives you directly to the slopes. Could not recommend more

SpainMy husband and I have spent 15 days of August in the building Apart Garni Sesvenna. Our apartment was on the second floor with balcony. The building was built 10 years ago but it seemed absolutely new (the furniture, the walls, the kitchen, the bathroom, the living room, the bedroom...) and CLEAN. For us, it's important the cleaning and this building and apartment are 150% clean. The apartment is so confortable. The decoration is done with so love. Every morning you can have a croissant for breakfast is you ask the day before thanks to dedication of Fam. Walser 🤗 We wanted to walk on hike ways and the apartment is near to many amazing routes. For us, these 15 days has been wonderful. Finally, we add: THANKS Fam. Walser

GreeceThe very early check-out (09.00) which I’ve encountered extremely rarely in all the travels I’ve done. But especially for the case of a ski resort this could not be a problem if one wants to ski the day of check-out. ( It could be a problem in a more relaxed, slower- pace place at the sea for example).
Great accommodation n general..! We were especially and fully satisfied in any aspect. One of the best mountain accommodations I’ve ever stayed, in terms of decoration, location, space organisation, equipment, cleanliness, functionality, hospitality and general care for the enjoyment of guests.

Very comfortable, well-equipped and spotlessly clean modern apartments. The staff were really friendly and helpful too. We went as a group of 6 and rented two apartments and found them great value for money. There isn't a shop in the village so you have to plan to get groceries in Ischgl after skiing, and time it with the buses.The 15 minute walk in, is lovely, along a well-maintained path, but a bit far to lug groceries back. There is a very efficient bread delivery service in the apartments and is delivered to your door at 7am. We hired equipment and a locker at the very efficient Ischgl Rent ski shop at the end of the tunnel before lift A2. The locker didn't need keys and was activated by your ski pass which was genius.

Very nice and helpful hosts with whom there was great contact. Super located property - quiet area and the center of Ischgl can be reached on foot or by bus.
