Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesIt was likely because of my timezone and jetlag, but having access to coffee and some sort of pastry or snack for breakfast earlier would have been nice. I believe breakfast started around 7:30, but I sure could have used a cup of coffee around 6. That being said, super minor feedback and I really cant think of anything negative.
Breakfast was amazing with fresh eggs & baked goods served. The spa area was extremely nice and a welcomed surprise - I think they renovated in the last 2 years and I highly suggest taking advantage of. I was shocked about how busy the restaurant was every night at first, but quickly realized it was because of the great quality of the food and speed of delivery. I also realized on the last night the bus route stops directly outside of the door. I wish I had known that, but still a relatively short walk into the village area (approximately 3-4 minute walk in snowboard gear). Staff was amazing, and took care of me throughout the stay. They assisted me by locating a power converter after I realized I forgot and arranging for a taxi pickup the day of departure.

United StatesThe WIFI did not work There were guests in the restaurant singing songs and banging tables late into the night which could be heard from our room so we could not sleep We were also in a connecting room to a family with kids that were screaming most of the time time they were in the room (not necessarily the hotels fault aside from avoiding connecting rooms, moving us when we asked to be moved, etc.) The room was far too hot, even after we turned the heat completely off.
Ski in ski out for that value is fantastic Room was clean and cozy Bed was comfortable Ski lockers were very helpful Spa is fantastic
