Very modern interior design and layout, comfortable accommodations, and incredible view of the mountains from the large balcony, living space, and upstairs loft area. We brought home supper to spend more time on the balcony. Staff was flexible and accommodating. Located on the main Platz and walkable from the train station. Bike and ski storage in the basement is convenient, elevator also has a stop at the cafe.

I stayed last year and I had a better room for the same price. The one we stayed in this year was over the bakery and faced the square, so we heard the delivery early in the morning. The heating was a bit difficult to regulate, and so the air became very dry in the room. I had to switch everything off during the night.

The tidiness of the room and its size. The bed was very comfy. The kitchen facilities provided are extremely good. I like the jug of water. The walk in shower is beautiful, and it dries very quickly.

I would have said a perfect stay but there was no hot water in the shower. Kind of an important part of accommodation when staying in a cool climate. Road noise is super loud and noise from trains and buses as it's a stone throw across from station when windows are open.. No on site parking but can park across in the bus parking for 4 euro a day. 200m walk.

Location. Style. Apartment kitchen. Well set out and well styled. Everything needed and close by shops so you can cook your own meal. The apartment itself is perfect. Easy check in at the wall. I would absolutely stay again if I had hot water 💧. Could easily stay comfortably for a week if needed.

The registration and automatic plastic key generation process is challenging if you are tired and arrive late.

The shower in the second room we booked (a suite i think?) didn't have the door. But it was a minor issue.

Clean place, really nice scent, the rooms were cozy and cute. The best thing for us was the self-check-in device, we found it really useful given that we arrived pretty late at night. Also the assistance from the staff was quick, helpful and everyone was kind. Will surely come back!

Sofa bed was a little hard, but to be expected I guess from a sofa. Traffic was louder than expected from outside even with windows closed.

The checkin for these apartments was supposed to be a virtual checkin through a kiosk on the wall in the entry. We couldn't get the machine to read our passport or take our reservation number. Ultimately we had to call someone to come and help us to get the keys from the machine. A lovely woman came to assist us and she too had difficulty. Finally we were able to access the key and gain entry to the apartment.

The apartment was exceptionally nice and comfortable. Breakfast was in a bakery on the lower level and the food was good but not included in the price of the apartment.

No parking. The nearest public parking options were short term only. Also the property is self check in - meaning there is a computer that you need to scan a passport or ID into that matches name of booking. There were no staff to welcome us or assist with on site enquires. Price of accommodation does not include daily servicing.

Lovely terrace with mountain views. Everything was clean, modern and well maintained. The building has a lift and we were glad to have air conditioning. It is well located to the main square, cafes, restaurants and shops.

1. It would be helpful, if we could get the information that we can park shortly next to the building to get the luggage out of the car. Instead we had to pay short term parking, drag the pile of luggage over the whole main square and then repark to long-term parking spot. I was travelling alone with a child, so you can imagine, this would really help us. 2. The guest card was sent to us from previous accomodation immediately upon request via email. Maybe something to consider. We did find it on the door only when comming back from our trip. The instructions were not clear at all, that we should look on the door for the guest card... again, not sure if you can imagine this, but travelling with a child can be distracting and you might not notice the guest card on your door unless somebody tells you where you should look for it...

The location is on the main square. There is a bakery right below the apartment... and the apartment itself is spacious. We had a great time.
