Shower soap bottle wasn't replenished and lights on terrace and in-room sitting area not functioning. Dinner restaurant being closed on Sunday while confirmation email from hotel only mentioning Mondays. Spa facility use at a surcharge. King size beds should be opted with a choice for a double duvet instead of the small ones.

Comfortable room with nice walk in shower. Convenient kitchenette/sitting area and very good breakfast. Conveniently located at just a few mins drive from Kaltenbach main elevators station.

Hospitality was exceptional, they helped with every request. Very nice location and wellness area, not big but nice, clean and enough to recover after full day of skiing 🙂☺️.

The hotel is situated next to the busy Ziller valley main road, so there is quite a bit of traffic at almost every time of the day, which causes noise. This issue is exacerbated by the Ziller valley railway (Zillertalbahn) which passes right next to the hotel. Unreliable shuttle bus for skiers.

Fantastic room with modern interior, small kitchen, dining area and sofa area, comfortable bathroom with walk-in shower. The wellness area with sauna and steam bath are absolutely amazing and worth going for. The hotel is on a five minute walk from the Kapfing Ziller valley railway station.

Everything was super cool, the flat and the food. Pro tip: there is a pedestrian way along the river, just use it! Walk as far as you can, its super beautiful country:)

Noisy building site across the road which started work at 7am. Road a little noisy too.

Great siz room. All the amenities you require. Didn't use the kitchen as there was a 48€ cleaning fee. Dogs cost 15€ per night. Lovely and clean, comfy beds. Plenty of parking. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Walk/cycle way in easy reach.

Wish you don't have family with kids next door, otherwise you have no chance to sleep (thin walls) Hair on the shower wall + empty soap bottle in shower.

The hotel is located close to a busy street, it is quite noisy at the terasse.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious breakfast. Wandeling paths close to the hotel. Good starting point for car trips to Innsbruck or Hintertux.

The bed was little softer than I expected and duvets were heavy. Some things were missing in the kitchen.

It was lovely place with fantastic staff. Breakfast is absolutely top and their omlets? No comment :). Nice view around the hotel with gorgeous nature.

Easy to get to the place from road or train station. They easily agreed on late check-in and early check-out, and communication was pretty good and straightforward. I even was able to have dinner after the declared time, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was very good as well. Comfortable room, with a large bed and own shower. Do not expect a great view by default, not all the rooms have it.

Not a big negative but the description online was different from what they provided. Online it said 2 sofa beds, but we only had one sofa bed in the room.

The hotel was great everyone was really friendly. Very clean as well. The Restaraunt was also excellent.

Everything was perfect! The hotel was really clean, spacious and well-furnished. We especially enjoyed the food: the breakfast had a great variety, everything was fresh and delicious. We also payed for an included dinner - a very good decision, because we received an amazing four-course menu, that always leaved us satisfied. We were able to try different dishes, that we wouldn’t even think to order. The facilities were also super. We used the sauna and steam room with great pleasure. The location is also very great. We could ski in different ski regions, because they are so close. You could also reach them with a train, which is convenient because the train station is also nearby. There is a supermarket in a walking distance, too. But our holiday was so amazing because of the friendly and ready-to-help staff, with whom we had great laughs with! We greatly recommend this hotel!

additional 48 eur pay if You use the kitchen. that was not mentioned in booking page. you can not use even dishwasher because you will be charged. so, we stayed 1 night and didnt use kitchen. it would be fair to mention it before reservation. a little bit noisy outside.
