The stairs were a bit of a challenge…

The location was a good base for exploring Vienna. The apartment had all we needed and was roomy, secure, and comfortable.

Be aware that is a 3rd floor without elevator in case you travel with heavy luggage. If you wake up easily, at 7 am the bells of the church next to the building ring out (did not bother me much as I wake up early). This is a single bedroom apartment and the living room has been transformed in a second bedroom with a double and a single bed, mattresses a little soft. There is a coffee machine but no capsules, we could not find the right capsules (not very common) in the several supermarkets we have gone (Billa, Hofer).

Well situated, next to the university campus. A few meters from a tramway stop. Bars, restaurants, coffee shops in the neighborhood. There is a hairdryer. The owner answer to the questions you ask quite quickly.

Furniture and decor very cheap and nasty, also poor lighting. Appalling pictures on walls. Only one bedside lamp between 3 beds. No sofa provided. Second bedroom was interior, ie no windows. No elevator, so quite a hard climb to 3rd floor of tall building.

Bell noises in early mornings that wake you up, one bed is too soft to sleep on (it hurts your back) and one room is without a window

The shower drain does not drain properly risking to flood the bathroom if showering takes more than 5'. Some kind of blinds in the summer time are needed to reduce daylight in the early morning. The apartment can get quite hot in the afternoon in the summertime as the sun hits the windows from the west.

The location is pretty good, rooms were clean, toilet is nice. One of the rooms did not have any windows so it was a bit stuffy, but they provided a fan which helped a lot. They also provided a hair dryer which was nice. Convenient self check-in and out! The stairs were slightly tiring, we were lucky to only have small bags with us.

I don't have anything wrong to say.

The apartment was so clean, it's big and well placed. You can walk to the center in 15 min or take some public transport. The host was quite polite and despite there was no ocassion to meet, everything was perfect.

Building is old and needs renovation . Appartment is on 3rd floor and there is no elevator ( 74 stairs to climb could be problem for older travellers )

Beware that this is right next to a church so expect morning bells waking you up. There was a coffee machine but no coffee pods, it would be nice to have these amenities so you can make a drink on arrival. The small bedroom has very little ventilation so can get quite stuffy. The big bedroom is part of the living space.

The host who greeted us with the keys was very friendly. Although the person who we originally called to announce our arrival in Vienna was very dismissive and quite unhelpful - I don't think it was the same person who gave us the keys. The apartment is in a convenient place for exploring the city and perfect for a quick getaway.

There was someone’s else’s shoes in the room. There was a sewage smell in the room. The pillows of the bed were like paper.

1. No wifi connection during our stay 2. Poor feedback with the host 3. Host not available nor capable to solve problems 4. No soap nor cleansing gel nor shampoo available 5. It does not have a lift and there are a lot of stairs we would not stay here again

There was NO internet, NO TV. No internet is basic to have everywhere. They didn't send anyone to fix it, even though I let them know when we first arrive, we spent 3 night in weekdays.

there is no elevator and many stairs to the 3rd floor also it was a little cold and we couldn’t adjust the heating or there were no clear instructions on how to do so but we managed with the bedding provided to rug up warm.
