The location is about 15-20min walk from the major attractions and tourist shopping area. There are many shops and local restaurants near the apartment - within a block or 2. We enjoy the morning coffee and diners at the local restaurants that offer good food at reasonable prices. It is close to a metro station. The apartment is nicely decorated, neat and clean, and has everything you need after the a day of sightseeing. The host is very nice and helpful.

Very nice and comfortable aparment! It has everything you need to cook a meal, it is very clean and safe. The location next to the U-Bahn Neubaugasse is extremely convenient and the host is very friendly. She let us in earlier so we could leave the luggage. All in all a super pleasant stay and we will certainly be back!

The only small nitpicky thing I could find is that the shower did not get hot enough for me and was lacking pressure. I can't think of anything else to complain about.

The apartment is located in I think the best part of Vienna, in Neaubau. There are heaps of bars, cafes, supermarkets, restaurants in that area alone. The rest of the city is easy to access via the very efficient subway. The apartment was clean and spacious. The bed was super comfy. The owner was very kind and helpful.

The location was perfect on the corner of Maria Filferstrasse also near the subway and the bus stop is a few minutes away. The host and his wife are very kind, they helped us to solve the problem very quickly. The apartment is bright, clean, comfortable, and the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary things. Although the apartment is in the center, it is very cozy, the mattress is comfortable and I recommend it to everyone

I know it's not customary to keep interiors cold with air conditioner in many European countries, so this is very much from our own personal perspective, which may not be an issue for others. The apartment has an air conditioner, but it was still very hot inside even at full blast. Keep in mind that that's coming from someone who likes to keep interiors cold during the summer, especially at night (we like it at 18C/65F, but the air conditioner could not reach anywhere near those temperatures)

This was the biggest, most pleasant surprise. Given the price, I wasn't expecting a lot. My expectations were exceeded. The place was in really nice shape, super clean (it was amazingly clean!), plus a great location. A really nice touch and evidence of their attention to detail, was the quirky details throughout, like the fact that everything in the bathroom was color-matched: the candles, the hand soap, the towels, the live orchid matching the orchid on the shower wall, even the toilet paper was a matching color! The hosts were really nice too, answering questions and attempting to help as much as possible. I would stay there again, but maybe in cooler months.

hmmmm, i would have liked larger bedding. but really nothing disliked

simple, quiet, convenient. quite wonderful. the large bedroom/living space was adequately furnished. the building was in a neighborhood shopping district. lots of shops and restaurants in the immediate area. a spar "gourment" supermarket literally around the corner. the hosts were gracious and available.

The heating temperature was a bit high and it wasn't so easy to regulate it.

The location is great and the apartment is immaculately clean, quiet and cosy. Wolfgang kindly met us on arrival and also came to say goodbye to us when we checked out. I'll definitely stay here again when I return to Vienna.

We have just spent 10 nights in what was the best apartment we have ever rented for a holiday. We went to spend time exploring the Weihnachtsmarkt and to spend Christmas in Wien. The apartment was lovely and clean with a bed sitting room, kitchen and large bathroom. The apartment was ever so quiet even though the main shopping area of Neubau was just around the corner. Neubaugasse itself is full of shops and places to eat, shops there is described as 'kooky" in the Vienna the Top 10 places to visit. U bahn just around the corner and it is so easy to explore Wien on either the tube, tram or bus. We got a weekly ticket which costs the same as a 72hr ticket which gives you unlimited travel options. Nadya the hostess met us at the door to hand over the keys and show us around, the personal touch was appreciated. We would definitely recommend this apartment to family and friends in summer (air conditioning available) or winter (3 large radiators, and we only had one on).

The property is located just 3 mins walking distance away from an U-bahn station (and 2 stops away from St. Stephan's cathedral) - great location. The apartment was clean, fresh, and had everything we needed, including a fully operational kitchen. There are supermarkets in less than 5 mins walking distance, by different brands. The host is great and welcoming, communication was seamless. Overall - highly recommend this apartment!
