The leaking shower tray, the very loud heating system, the broken window blinds on a window. We both felt that there was a general lack of information regarding the running of the flat. From the fact that the keylock is located on the outside wall at the given flat address on the reservation, but that the actual apartment is located around the corner, on a different street & number about 50 m further down ( very confusing!). There was no information regarding the use of the heating system ( underfloor heating/ hot water) or how to use the automatic blinds & coffee machine. All these are great features. No-one came to meet us (fine) and we figured it all out...it would be helpful to not have to wonder which flat the key was for & to have to try the key ( once we found it) at the venue... WE WERE NOT SURE what to do regarding the key upon leaving the property...Where to leave the key etc. All confusing when it's the first time. And in our case, having a very early start in the dark. As a client I had to ask for instructions which could easily have been provided in advance or at the flat in writing. Maybe a little booklet or info sheet?

The layout of the bedrooms to the lounge. The huge amount of natural light. The loft solution conversion. The shower being separate from the WC, which is great when sharing. Ratio of living to sleeping space. The underfloor heating. We loved the apartment! Spacious and airy. The beds and sofa were comfortable. The staff were helpful & answered quickly once asked a question or when we solicited help.

It seems to be newly renovated and it’s missing a few details such as coat hangers, towel rack and bedstands.

The Apartment was central, that was really good. But the windows were not good enough to block the noises from the outside. Not unusual to hear people shouting outside especially at the weekend when people stay late in the streets.

The apartment was clean, well furnished. Everything was there except Microwave what I actually needed more than an oven or washinachine. I did not test the Tv, Internet and the Coffee Machine.

Isolation from the street is not very good, although I could understand it is hard to achieve. The boiler had to be reset twice but worked in the end.

Communication with the host was very good. The appartment is gorgeous and has a lot of comfort. Location is top notch and very easy to get in.

Bathroom was a little awkward in the unit we stayed- the shower stall could not be used (water sprayed everywhere and near power outlet). Luckily bathroom had a full tub with shower head so nothing was lost.

Great location and everything we needed for our family. We had a few mishaps when we stayed but the staff were fast to respond and resolve the issues.

heavy traffic, almost non-stop noise. a bit cold in the apartment. and the increase in temperature was difficult after 2 days. hot water 5 min.

There were no instructions for the coffee maker, so if you don’t already know how to use it, it’s hit or miss. The lighting in the living area and kitchen is very weak; don’t plan on doing any reading in the living area in the evening, and cooking after dark in the kitchen is a challenge due to the dim lighting. The wifi is sufficient for very basic things, but streaming/downloading and using any sort of “heavy duty” website are impossible or very slow.

The property is overall very nice and clean. It looks exactly like the pictures. It has two bedrooms with two double beds, so four people could sleep comfortably. Nice coffee maker if you know how to use it. Very spacious compared to most places. Very easy to pick up keys from the lockbox. Plenty of dish/dishwasher soap, as well as laundry detergent. Plenty of silverware, dishes, glasses (short), and cups. Despite the location, it is really quite quiet all the time. It’s about a 15-minute walk to downtown. Good cable TV with stations in most major languages.

The pictures are actually 2 different apartments, so some of them don't apply to whichever apartment you get. Kitchen accessories were rather sparse and there was no microwave. Large walk-in shower is nice but didn't drain well resulting in water buildup and flowing out into other areas. No place to put your soap when in the shower - it would be nice to have a small shelf there. In the apartment I got the ONLY bed was up a narrow spiral stairway in a sort of loft - difficult to climb if you are not young or in excellent shape. The chaise lounge in the living area was quite small and not comfortable.

Good location, near the Alser Strasse U Station. Close to stores, restaurants. Contactless check in using lockbox works well and is convenient.

Safety: 1. No fire sensors or alarms were fitted in the apartment. In the event of fire, there is no way to alert the occupants or other apartment occupants 2. Wooden staircase had no railings, dangerous for kids and even grownups. Location: The apartment is literally located on a street corner. Occupant can hear every single sound on the street. Sounds of passing trams, Metro train, cars, traffic, pedestrians etc all can be heard until late night. There is almost negligible sound proofing. Window blinders: There is no window blind or shutter given in the living space huge window. All the street and traffic lights glaze in the bedroom the whole night. Lighting: 15 lights were provided in one bedroom, however not a single light has been provided in the living room. Kitchen: When requested with the host: kitchen knives, one small pot and kettle were provided the next day. Oven is in damaged condition. Shower facility: Bathroom was clean; however, shower cannot be accessed as no hot water was available. The host stated that the boiler is working in auto, and we need to adjust the shower mixer to have hot water. Despite multiple reminders, hot water issue was not resolved until the last moment. None of family was able to take shower for 3 days. Water was cold. The boiler was tripping again and again on different alarm settings. Host stopped responding to text messages on the subject. Linen: Mattress cover were present. However, mattress and covers were of poor quality. No bedsheets were used. Structure: Wooden platform created above the living space was unsafe. Wood pieces were falling while the guest is sitting on the sofa in living space. Further one complete section of the wooden deck railing is about to collapse and is dangerous. Its fall and slip hazard. Comfort: Due to the noise, outside lights issue and non availability of hot water, the stay was very poor and uncomfortable. We as family were able to get only 5 hours of sleep in the night.

Not very clean. There is equipment but the all of it is in bad shape, more or less. Apartment needs renovation. And heating is not working well, so it is not a good apartment for cold months of the year.

The apartment is big, comfort, equipped with everything you need. Location is good, and contact with staff was good.

Very cold temperature! I did not get the instruction first, how can we get in! After some tryings of call we could reach the apartement, and we could get in!
