The decor in the rooms is a bit outdated, but the convenience and comfiness of the rooms makes it no issue. I did find it hot at night while sleeping. We solved this by leaving a window cracked, shutting off all radiators and shutting the bathroom door (to keep out ambient heat from bathroom radiator which doesn’t do completely off).

What I loved about our stay here were the little touches that are designed for the skiing family and the flexibility of the staff: radiators in the bathroom to hang wet socks and pants for a quick dry, rubber mats for wet shoes, plenty of storage space for food and clothes, a washer dryer in the basement to quickly freshen up clothing. Our room didn’t come with a ski locker, but the staff immediately offered to let me use one that wasn’t being used. This was so convenient for us to leave our skis while running upstairs for a quick bite between ski classes. We also loved the Austrian treat of fresh rolls hanging in a cloth bag on the outside of our door for our breakfast each morning. Above all, what makes this such a wonderful place to stay is it’s convenient location right at the foot of the ski slope! No need to bring a car. The staff is so friendly and kind, including the two staff good boys (dogs) who really made this place feel like a visit to grandma and grandpas house. Also the grocery stores are not too far to walk to. If you bring a suitcase to cart your groceries back, you’re golden!

Clean and spacious apartment, although the kitchen area was tiny. A short walk away from the resort centre. We have stayed at the Geschwandkopf Appts. 4-5 times now so that's a good endorsement.

I liked everything

For me is the best place in Seefeld. . Is my 10 th time thet i turn back at Gschwandtkopt and isbalways the best apartmanthouse. Has a marvelous view of seefeld . This time they let us take the teleferik for free oll the time of our stay 6 deys.

Amazing experience-hassle free check in, full equipped kitchen, and excellent location close for those who are looking to escape for hiking, bike tour or just relax. The hosts were very friendly and helpful- the late check out was approved at no additional cost. We're looking already to return here for our winter vacation and would definitely recommend this property.

The Appartementhaus is located right next to the cable car to the Gschwandtkopf and around a 10-minute walk to the city center/railway station. The apartment was clean and had all amenities necessary for an extended stay. The check-in/check-out went smoothly, and the host gave very useful recommendations on hiking destinations.

For me this is the best place to stay in seefeld if you choose apartmant stays. I have stayd in 2 ather aprtmants in the village but i returned here and i will never change this place.

I like the location and comfort . Easy to check in. Thay send you email with the code of the box in witch thay put the keys. Its not a problem if you arrive late. You pick the key card with the room nr. And thats oll. Fantastic if you have been driving 800 km ore more than 12 hours driving with heavy trafic.

It was within easy walking distance of the town. There was excellent walking from the apartment. The apartment was spotless. There were great views from the apartment. The staff were friendly and helpful. Free use of the chair lift. Washing machine and dryer available

Not right in the center of Seefeld but still pretty close like 5min walking. Not ideal not to have any separation between kitchen and bed for the kitchen smells sometimes. The rest was perfect.

Direct access to the cableway next to the apartment, right next to the bike rental place perfect for a day out mountain biking. Room was very clean, I just missed a sofa in my room. It has all for cleaning dishes and drying.

- No wifi coverage inside the rooms and poor network (speed and signals) in the settings area. - Very old elevator. - washing machine didn't work and we couldn't clean our clothes. The recipient tried to help but she couldn't fix the issue. - The ventilation in the WC was not working. - We booked for 3 nights, but - by mistake - we stayed 4 nights and the receptionist missed to notify us that our stay was over. Yet, while checking out they didn't miss to charge us that extra night. 😁
