Great apartment, very clean, beds were very comfortable, lady at reception was amazing. Everything cozy, the kitchen was fully equipped, when we wanted an oven or a microwave, they brought it to us. Excellent location, free entrance to the spa and we loved the heated floor in the bathroom :-) We really felt at home here, thank you very much and we will definitely come back!

It would be nice if apartments had some amount of tea or coffee provided for a start. We arrived on Saturday evening, all supermarkets were already closed (closes at 6pm). On Sunday, almost everything is closed all day long (including restaurants and cafes), except a couple of supermarkets 10 min drive away that were opening at 2pm. So if you are unlucky with your timing you could be left w/o food and hot drinks for a while.

Spacious apartment, lots of storage spaces, kitchen has everything needed if you want to cook yourself. The bathroom is wonderful and has a heated floor. Very friendly and helpful members of staff. The private parking space was very much appreciated. The guest house has special storage for skiing equipment. The location is perfect: walking distance from the city centre with cafes, restaurants and supermarkets, sport stores , and 10 min drive to Skizentrum Angertal. Provided access to Alpentherme is a great bonus for the stay.

Great and cosy apartment, located in the center with many walking and hiking trails at hand. The best thing is that the entry to the Alpentherme saunas and pool is included and they are just a 3 minute walk away! The staff is also very nice.

The location is perfect, just in the centre of Bad Hofgastein. Close to the slopes and the thermes (which is great, as the guests are able to visit the thermes for free).

Minor defects like a malfunctioning light bulb. Nothing really of concern, everything was great.

We really enjoyed our stay here. With the included Therme pass you get excellent value and versatility. The apartment was spotless and we had everything we needed.

Little bit outdated buz corresponding to the price.

Unlimited Alpenthermen entry is the biggist deal! If you have kids it is no brainer! Relatively close to cabin, still OK even in the skiboots. Close to billa and other shop. Cheap covered parking.

There is no oven in the apartment.

It is always very nice valley in the mountains. This accommodation is located near the main street and is big enough for whole family. We visited Alpentherme every day. Effective communication with Sylvia. Very well solved waste separation.

The pillows can be improved, they are very sparse and thin. Mattress for me was very hard. Everything else was good.

Good location, close to the therms, and to the center of the town. Hotel personal is very nice, she answered all special requests like adding a toaster oven to the room, and extra large towels for the spa.There is free parking in the building downstairs, easy exit, Sylvia is in charge very attentive and nice.
