Even with all the heaters off, it was really warm in the apartment, all the time. If you like living on 25-26+C, you’ll love it. Otherwise you’ll be warm constantly.

Cleaning fee should be included in the price that you see during searching. Some misunderstanding occurs when you book with one price and finally the price is different from what you thought you had booked before. 20 eur per person for 1 night staying is a robbery in my opinion and the booking is non-refundable, so you are obliged to pay.

Not the possibility for breakfast. And there was a festivity day and therefore everything was closed in the village. except the most expensive hotel there. I had to find out this all myself the next morning. Everything is very efficient done and made in the house and rooms. But I don’t like a big coffee machine in the hall, where you have to pay for your coffee. However the value you get for the price for a stay is very good. For sure not expensive! But you must like the more business style approach of this house. There was a bit of a smell in the bathroom. I think the water had not a while run through the pipes.

Check-in was slightly confusing. There was no staff on duty when we arrived to check-in. I rang the bell and knocked but nobody came to open the doors to the reception area. Eventually a gentlemen came in but he was not particularly friendly. I thought perhaps he was a son of the owners? He was able to give us keys but there was no explanation other than that or offer to help show us the room...or any normal hospitality we are used to when traveling in Europe. I found the room because the doors were open to both of the rooms upstairs where we were staying and they were numbered. I was told to come back later to settle the bill which again, led to some confusion with the woman who assist me. She was very polite and spoke English (since my German is not very good yet). I appreciated her help but there was a discrepancy between what Booking.com was charging me and what I apparently owed. She called her mother, who I assume is the owner, to sort out what the bill should be. It was confirmed at an agreeable rate and they charged my card. It was polite but I wish it could have been a slightly smoother check-in process after a very long travel day with my three children. The only other thing of note is that the top floor rooms get quite hot. It has been unseasonable warm this year and so a fan would have been nice to have to get air flow in the top floor room.

This hotel is in a beautiful area and the hotel itself is absolutely spotless! The cleaning was to an extremely high standard, which I appreciate greatly. The hotel decor is also very tasteful and it felt higher end than a typical inn. The beds were comfortable, towels soft, bathroom extremely clean, and the kitchen was fitted with a large fridge. There is a coffee machine that is coin operated in the hall. The aesthetic of this hotel is very good. Their upkeep of the property is excellent.

Great place for traveling to Salzburg. The appartement was clean and fit for a family (5 people). The host was very nice and helpful. The view is amazing and there is a trampoline in the backyard.

Unfortunately, we were here only overnight during our trip. However, we really relaxed and had a good sleep in this cosy and clean apartment! We will definitely choose this property again.

The room was very nice and clean. There are plates, cups and all kinds of glasses in the room if you want to have a drink or eat something. The yard is very nice, with a mountain view.

We visited this accommodation with my girlfriend during our vacation in Austria and we were really satisfied. The location of the accommodation is well placed and the host/receptionist was really helpful and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and we would like to come back in the future.

Really nice place, we’ve stayed 2 families in one lux apartment. Terrace is fabulous, spaceous and comfortable! Kitchen has everything you need. Grill is available too. Staff is very helpful and friendly, tries hard to ensure clients are happy. I’ll be more then glad to come here again!

When paying nearly 200euro per night you would expect to have Air Conditioning, Hot Water, Shower, no sewage smell in the bathroom. Unfortunately we havent got any of these.
