The kitchen, while functional, was on the smaller side. While this wasn't an issue for basic meals and snacks, it might feel cramped for larger groups or those who enjoy elaborate cooking. Additionally, the living room lacked a traditional sofa, but a large table provided ample space for dining and game nights.

We had a fantastic stay at Ski & Bike Appartements Forsthaus! The location was absolutely unbeatable, just 50 meters from the ski lift and ski bus stop. This made it incredibly convenient to get on the slopes first thing in the morning and avoid any long walks in ski boots. Speaking of boots, the dedicated ski and boot room was a lifesaver! It kept our equipment dry and organized, and the boot dryers ensured they were warm and ready to go each day. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. The living room was a great place to relax after a day on the slopes, and the internet access was reliable and fast, which was perfect for uploading photos and staying connected with friends and family. We also appreciated having two parking spots, which made it easy for us to come and go as we pleased. The beds were comfortable, ensuring we got a good night's sleep each night. Having both a shower and a bathtub was a nice bonus, offering options depending on our needs and preferences.

The noise insulation of the rooms is not very efficient, if the neighbours speak a little bit louder, it is quite disturbing.

Lower station of the ropeway a few steps away, also the city center easily accessible.

We felt there could have been a bit more kitchen equipment such as some oven dishes, basic supplies and some cleaning stuff like a dustpan and brush. There isn’t a lot of space for food preparation. This would be a snug apartment for 4 people.

Location is at the bottom of the Zwolferkogel lift which is a good lift to get you to the whole mountain range. We could ski directly to the residence. Good size of main bedroom with lots of storage space. Excellent ability to control the central heating with individual radiators. Good shower. Huge balconies with lovely views. Ski and boot room is easy to access but you’ll need to buy or hire a specific lock. Easy to check in and out, good comms from the company.

Size- 25 m2 has to be calculated with balcony and bathroom together. The room itself is about 16 m2. Quite small.

Fully and well equiped room, balcony with good view of mountains, pleasant restaurant downstairs, close to lifts. Pets allowed and included in price.

We had to use the bed sofa for a couple in the friend group. It was horrible. 1) The sofa is too short for a grown person ( they were 168cm and 178 cm) and both had there legs and feet outside of the bed. It is also extremely uncomfortable and it because the different seams and cushioning depending on where on the sofa you are, It did not really seem to be a bed sofa, more just a sofa to rest your legs on when you watch tv. We got some extra blankets from the hotel in a try to make it more comfortable and put chairs next to the bed in order to suspend the feet in the air during the night. It still did not help them.

In term of location to Leogang- public transport isn’t very good. Bus train and bus with 30/45min connections . Was easier to ride over the top with joker card or ride around the road. But that’s nothing on the property fault!

Clean accommodation, with everything we needed to cook and sleep for a few days over the UCI World Cup. Great bike storage facilities and a bonus of tools workshop, air compressor and cleaning stations too. Bus stops right outside the property.

The apartment on the ground floor was dark, without direct windows to the outside, and tiny, especially the bedroom, bathroom and toilet. Also, the smell of detergents used to clean the apartment was hard to ventilate.

Fantastic location! Just by the end of the slope. This is the main advantage of this place. Spatious and clean ski equipment rooms.

so bad hotel not clean at all has dirty floor and beds as well the staff was rude and mean came in the room without permission and yelling at us multiple times said so much things and insulted us for being arab and kept saying to go home (kicking us out) because of a small mistake we make it up for him. also did not refund the security insurance for 7 days which was so high for a hotel like this also has a bar in the ground floor which is not a choice for families 👎🏻

Location was excellent, a minute from zwolferkogel gondola and 5 min stroll into town. Check in and check out effortless. Very good size ski and boot room. Apartment small but very comfortable and well equipped. Highly recommend it
