The apartment house is perfectly located – not in the most touristy section, but in a charming neighborhood with a very good and easy connection to the main station as well as various parts of the city. Bus and tram stations are just in front of the building, grocery stores, cafés, bistros, bars, and restaurants are within a five-minute walk from the building. The apartment is well-equipped for a stay of any length, with a very comfortable bed, a table, a wardrobe and a fully-equipped kitchen in the corridor. Despite the commotion on the main street, the room is quiet. Keys pickup is through a locker, the reception is open every morning and the host even comes to ask if everything is okay. I needed an invoice for my employer and it went smoothly.

Could use a fresh coat of paint, get rid of the shag rug that may have been clean but shag rugs in apartments just give a feeling of not being so clean since they are hotbeds for dust and germs. It has a bit of a tired look but nothing that would prevent me from staying there gain. it's obviously popular and thus a bit worn. There was hair conditioner instead of shower gel. Looked like a product left over from someone else so just bring your own. Towels are provided though.

Location : 4 tram stops to the central ring road or 15 min walk. Tram comes every 2 - 4 min. There's also the 13A bus from the Vienna Central Station, a 30 min ride and the apartments are the last stop just around the corner. 2 main supermarkets just steps away, as well as a Cafe and some restaurants. Highly reccomend the place on the university campus, Stiegle Ambulanz, for hearty meals, drinks and nice ambience. Big place so you'll always find a spot. Apartment was comfortable, crisp bedding, Very cozy, warm and comfy duvet. Had everything you need for a week stay, especially if you wanted to prepare meals at the apartment. There were 3 of us and so we had a 1 bedroom, with the sofa bed prepared for my 9yr old. Staff were very friendly. Seems family run.

The teak floor is all moving and makes a lot of noise when walking over.... :) The Bed mattresses need replacing but overall well done.

The Apartment is super located to Bus, Tram connections. Close to all amenities and 20/25mins walking distance to St Stephen's Cathedral. Aquarium, Christmas Markets (also one just opposite in the University's Open Garden.)

Serviced-Appartements-Josefstadt are located within easy reach of Vienna sightseeings (walking distance 20min). Just in front of the Appartments you can find two public transport stops (bus&tram). There are a grocery store Billa(from7 to 20h) cafes, offering the clients a simple breakfast menu and a bakery. You have a Nespresso machine, microwave and a hot plate. And last but not least very kind and helpful hosts.

Super great location at a few minutes walk to the metro or U Bhan. Nice coffeshops near the place, restaurants and other stuff. Value for money to stay in the large 60 metres square apartment that gets daily cleaned!!!

The owner offers a discount on parking near by, however a system how to get the discount (taking tickets from the parking lot, exchange in the reception of the apartment, payments with cash, etc) is quite difficult. For one night of three we had to pay full amount, because we wanted to take a car from the parking in the very morning.. So ask in details how it works before you use it.

A real apartment. Living room with big closets. Well-equipped kitchen with tableware, kitchenware, microwave, etc. No U-Bahn but near to 2 Tram and Bus stations. Functional heat in every room. Lift & hair dryer.

Can't think of any! a lower price would be even better for me as a sttudent solo traveller, but in comparison to the usual prices in Vienna it's really super cheap!!

The location is great, close to public transportation and many shops &restaurants and fairly close to many tourist attractions. The apartment was big, with all facilities included, comfy beds and warm inside (considering we traveled in the winter ).Would definitely come back here.

The bed was extremely hard an very uncomfortable. And the kitchen was not very vell equiped.

The wifi was a bit weird and said it wasn't working on my phone, but my laptop did connect and work.

I booked a one person apartment, and it was a real apartment with a separate kitchen/eating area, full bathroom, and large bedroom with seating and desk area. It was actually much more spacious than I was expecting, and the bedding was all quite comfortable. At first I was concerned it would be noisy, but closing the windows seriously eliminated *all* the street noise. It had very high ceilings, so I imagine that even in the summer you would be able to close the windows and still sleep comfortably. The location was excellent, with a grocery store and pharmacy nearby and very close to both bus and streetcar stops.

Easy access by foot to the city for independent exploring and tram or bus connections to the door from Vienna Hbf trains and airport. Supermarkets, cafes & restaurants downstairs. Kitchen and use of an external washer/dryer for laundry. Coffee machine.

Booking.com advertised the rooms all had AC and a safe. There was no AC and safe did not work. Luckily I arrived before Heat Wave and bought a 20€ fan from Libro, across the street, on my 2nd day! Told Walter, (after I bought my fan), he said they have fans they can lend out.

Location was great! 2 stops from The Ring on 43/44 Tram & 13a Bus to Train Stn outside the front door. Walter was very good and had someone meet me within 10 min of me locking my apt door, with the key inside! The cleaning lady very friendly & got me a new key, immediately when my original one did not work. Room cleaned and bedding changed in timely manner (was very good 👍). Full kitchen was nice! Stayed 3 consecutive times. 4 days thru Booking.com, then privately 4 days, then 32 days via Booking.com. Billa, Spars, banks, DM and a pharmacy all across the street. Great Cafe on ground floor! Very quiet being on a Tram route!

The washer / dryer was on a different floor, I thought it was in the apt. . Not a big deal for some, but all the nearby parks except one did not allow dogs, so we had to walk farther to get them to a safe place to do their thing, and that didn't work out so well.

Very close to Trams and attractions. Lots of shops nearby. Room was good, had a small fridge, etc. Elevator was a big plus.
