Hotel parking was always full - we had to park in the Wellness parking next door.

Absolutely delightful experience. Room was spacious, clean, and the mountain view was stunning beyond belief. Staff was very polite, helpful and speaks English. Pools area is huge and very well maintained. SPA was beautiful and relaxing, located on 2 floors (!), with bar and terrace and outdoor thermal pools and saunas and indoor pool and complimentary hot and cold drinks and herbal scrub in the showers and... and and and.... Again stunning views - we could sit on the terrace for hours. But the best about this hotel was restaurant. We had half-board - both breakfast and dinner was just LOADED. I don't remember this level of variety and freshness of food selection in any other hotel. Waiters were super nice, attentive and trying to make us feel as comfortable as possible, while not being obtrusive. Especially Natalia and Nikola went far and beyond to help us with our every request. What a lovely stay. We will definitely be coming back!

Everything was just mindblowing.

Everything was exceptional. Thermal spas at different levels, steam sauna, wood sauna, stone sauna and lots of Jacuzzi. Can just keep talking about it. Dinner & Breakfast was truly exceptional.

THE ROOM WAS FAR AWAY the food was OK - nothing further my husband hurt his back but there was no refund of the rented equipment that we rented in the hotel nor to the ski pass

Good location. Very big room. Friendly staff. Many things to do here and one day is not enough. Fantastic hotsprings. Large swimming pool. Plenty of chairs in the relax area. Best view from room and around the hotel.

Breakfast, dinner and entry to the spa, pools and saunas were all included in the price. Enjoyed the offered hike to the bridge, availability to rent the ski equipment, availability to purchase ski passes, ski bus. Food was excellent. Location.

Many people who sit in the spa 3000 lobby room ,reserve the lazy bed for long time, they keep there staff there and leave to enjoy the spa, while we cant find bed to rest and lay, or the people with day pass sits for long hrs , and we were waiting a place to vacant

Everything Amazing experience, the thermal pools were something out of this world. Being able to swim in heated waters while its snowing above you is an unforgettable experience. Our chalet were spacious and comfortable. SPA wonderful, special SPA3000 very lux.

Unbelievable setting and unmatched facilities. I loved every single part of my stay at this hotel. They took care of my friend and I so well. They were so attentive and the pools, saunas and spa rooms were absolutely beautiful.

They didnt give us twin bed rooms although i have sent them an email prior to visiting on this request. A few things for Visitors to note : 1) there is a whole section (sauna section i believe) that is a nude only area, we did not realize this before but was informed at the reception. 2) If you wish to book a massage you need to book it well in advance, unfortianteley we didnt and couldnt find a single slot. 3) Bring you own slippers/flip flops as the hotels does not provide these to guests
