One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Everything was perfect. Actually I do not understand people who told that breakfast and dinners were lack of choice. Are you eating only in Michelin restaurants?😂 Breakfasts and dinners were perfect.

I wish the bathrooms were equipped with bidets.

The hotel is nicely designed and reflects its mountain setting. The spa section of the hotel is also extensive, quiet, and relaxing. The breakfast and dinner buffets were also very good. The staff work so hard and are incredibly kind and helpful.

It is mandatory to take dinner. the dinner was not very good and boring. On our last night we went ti town for dinner.

The place is beautiful. excellent facilities- the water in the pools is very very clean. All the hotel is very clean. Beautiful location. We had the mini suit- very comfortable, large bath, a lot of space. very very recommended. will go again- no doubt . The staff was very nice.

Even if it’s a bit more expensive, it’s totally worth it.

Everything was perfect, from reception to the room and the spa. The food was amazingly delicious. it’s a very classy hotel. The room was large, with amazing view and very nice wood furniture. The spa is amazing even in the winter. The location is in the middle of the mountains. The view of the mountains from the pool it’s breathtaking. Per total it was an amazing experience which I will definitely repeat.

There is one staff knocked the door, and didn’t wait for our response, opening our room using his staff pass. We were shocked. Fortunately we just got changed and planned to go out, otherwise it will be horrible experience. Hope staff won’t make such kind of mistake in the future

The English language of the staff is not so good, we found some difficulties to communicate I liked the massage a lot buy I didn’t like the massage room not cozy at all no candles no music no strong smells or dimmed lights

I think that there could have been more maps of the resort as there is so much to do there that it’s hard to find everything walking round.

Not all the pools were open.

The Acqua Dome is a hidden paradise! The location is just amazing. Pretty much anywhere you go there is a great view in front of you! The spa and pool options are endless. Also getting in and out of the pool all day long between meals is great! Rooms are spacious and clean. Everything you need for a very relaxed holidays! And live music in the evening was just cherry on the top of the cake.

Absolutely everything!! One of the greatest places I ever visited. The thermal pools, sauna, and spa area are the best I ever visited, I felt amazing after spending only three days here. An absolute treat! Will certainly come back.

The pools are not so hot as expected. Moreover, the entrance to the “Sauna World” is an only for nude (didn’t know about it until we came).

The rooms are very nice and comfortable. There is a underfloor heating in the shower room and a towels heater. The balcony is very nice and watches the Alps. The hotel’s restaurant is excellent and serves great dishes.
