The location is good with the metro station within walking distance. The staff is friendly. The rooms are comfortable but the wardrobes, bathrooms & the kitchenette definitely require refurbishing. The breakfast is good.

My room had all I needed but was less inviting and coxy then pictured from the ad. If you're looking for a silent place to sleep (without spending any extra time in the room) in convenient location you won't have a problem with that. just don't place your tea cup near the door it could attract quite a bunch of ants.

Conveniently located for visiting a conference at TechGate and exploring the city. Rather silent neighbourhood. everything was ready at my arrival and checkout was evenly smooth.

Our room had a very loud air conditioner. It cannot be kept on at night. Good thing you could keep the window open because the weather was hot. There were also some small ants living in the room with us :)

The hotel fully met expectations. It was easy to find, close to Prater attractions, close to metro, shops, some good cafes. Friendly staff, comfortable bed and good cleaning service.

Pillows were very soft and there were no extras in the closet. I could have asked for extra one but I did not. room got too warm with the heating so I switched it off , you can open the window but I heard all sort of noises from other rooms. really all sort of noises.

Location: a few minutes walk from metro station which takes you to city center. area is quite but has restaurants, supermarket. I felt very safe going up and down and moving around the area. Staff was kind and welcoming. They have a storage room where I left on check in and after check out which was handy instead of moving around with the bag. The hotel has a few seats so you can wait there if you want or in a near by cafe. bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fine, different varieties and staff there are smiling and welcoming

About 10 to 12 mins walk from the nearest train station and about 6 mins away from the nearest underground. The area around seems to be a bit deserted at night.

Great hotel, clean, quiet and nice rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Few cafes and restaurants within walking distance as well and a great park just mins walk away. Once you get into the bus or underground the city center is pretty close as well.

The hotel needs a total renovation. It's outdated and moldy. For sure it does not deserve the 4 stars.

The room was very small and had no sound proofing. We could hear the rooms next to us and above us all night long. The shower had a little mold in the grout and the sink drain wasn't connected properly.

It was a good location for the price. It was very close to the train system which got us anywhere in the city and to the airport quickly. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

There's not much that I didn't like. One thing that could have added to the pleasure of staying there was to have a window with a little view, I'd probably could have requested that at the time of booking. Through the window of this room it looked out into a closed in courtyard which was mostly walls. I understand this building is in the heart of the city, that's the way building are made.

At first when I entered the main entrance and the lobby I was very impressed, it is very modern and very clean. I thought to myself wow this Hotel looks great so far, hopefully my room is as nice. I was greeted by a friendly Hotel clerk who spoke very good English which made me feel at ease. It was super easy to book-in and it only took no more than 10 minutes. Once I received my door card I was given instructions how to get to my room and shown where the elevator was. Yes the room was very nice, very modern, well kept and everything looks brand new, small but not overly small after all I've picked a single room. Things such as internet (password was supplied with entry card) and hot water and comfy bed and a desk for my computer were all great. The room was very quiet with no disturbing noises.
