Rooms are spacious but basic. It is great that toillet and bathroom are separated. There isn'n much room in the bathroom around the sink to put toillet bag and there is no garbage bin. It was great to have mini kettle and selection of teas and coffee including sugar and milk. Also appreciated the complimenary water.

There is no fridge, and the table is a bit too small for work with the laptop.

Breakfast was good, and it is an excellent location for business travel: transportation, a big shopping centre just next door, restaurants. My room was very quiet and rather comfortable.

The main entrance is a little bit hard to find, because the hotel is located into Westfield Shopping Mall Building.

The only think I was expecting to find and wasn't in the room was a fridge. Anyway, I asked to use a fridge to the reception and it was possible

I used it for transit. Perfect location, nice staff, easy to get there by car, with covered parking available. Nice room, with everything you need, closed to a metro with direct line to the center. I had an offer with breakfast included which was very good.

Very modern and clean hotel. It's outside the city center, but right next to public transit - getting around was easy. Room was huge and had lots of amenities. Very expansive breakfast.

There was nobody at the reception desk most of the time. It was not easy to find staff to get help sometimes.

Breakfast was excellent; very good coffee, tea, fruit juices, and some vegan foods were available. They even provided gluten-free breeds when we asked. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is very close to a shopping mall, so it was good to have grocery and snack alternatives nearby. One of the best things is the airport bus stop in front of the hotel (Vienna Airport Lines: 10,5 Euro/person/one way); reaching the airport was very comfortable. Metro is very close; there was complimentary tea and apples at the reception for 24 hours.

The bed in the room was a bit not comfortable as it was twin beds connected to each other. Even though the staff are generally friendly and really willing to assist and make you feel at home especially the Manager and another young staff lady, there was one lady staff member with a very bad attitude, unwilling to assist and looks like being irritated whenever you ask for assistance. She could only pretend if the Manager is around.

I love the location of the Hotel. it is near the train station and other public transport. It is also well located as it is situated/near a shopping mall. no noise in the room and there is aircon/heater in the room. Further the Hotel has a good breakfast with a variety which was already included in the accommodation price.

There wasn’t room service available for dinner but regardless there are plenty of food and beverage restaurants nearby so it wasn’t a major issue.

This hotel IS THE BEST. There is a large shopping mall located next to the hotel- a bus stop that goes directly to Vienna airport and a great public transportation system nearby. The breakfast is also very good, plenty of food options and the staff are very helpful and lovely!

We've had a wonderful stay here! The staff is very nice and helpful. Our room was really clean and warm. The breakfast is amazing as well. Also the hotel is quite close to the metrostation (5 minutes or less).
