The QR code access was great when it worked but we had a minor issue one day when the main reader wasn’t working. This was resolved quickly.

Communication was not prompt for a hotel without on site staff. I loved the concept of self checkin, checkout and storage, but if guests have a question or need help, hotel needs to be on messenger at least during day time, and the response should be coming back within an hour, not the next day. The cleaning was not done properly and I had to do my own: so much dust and dirts on the tables and TV stand. Safe shower errors and could not be used.

The pullout couch bed- you could feel the springs. It wasn’t the most comfortable bed. We wish it had the washer and dryer in the room.

It was in a great location in the middle of everything. The outdoor market was close and all the shopping and easy access to transportation. We loved the welcome sign when we arrived and loved the ease of the QR code to get in.

Fast response from staff to provide discounted parking garage tickets. Immediate call back from office after initial phone connection to a voice messaging system which is in German and being English speaking could not understand.

No staff at the reception and the qr code to enter the building doesn't work at times. Water leak after shower, so floor get wet.

Parking is not included. There is a car park steps from the hotel, but was very expensive (€40 for 18 hours).

The hotel is in an apartment designed by famous Architect Zaha Hadid, and looks very interesting. The room we had was huge, it included a refrigerator, microwave, and stove. Check-in was really easy: complete the form online, receive QR code, scan code at the door, then at the check-in kiosk. The hotel is a vey easy walk to anywhere in Graz including the main square, restaurants, and shopping.

You better check the parking regulations of the city for the days you will be in Graz…it is complex to understand especially if you can not read German. Luckilly there is always a kind person to translate the signs.

Well located in the historic district of Graz…no problem for check-in…this is the easiest place I have booked…They send you a QR code and that’s it…with this code you check-in and open your apartment door. It is clean and very modern. The windows let the sunlight in. Bed is comfortable. They even supply coffee and washroom soap and lotions. There is a laundry room in the basement. Extremely close to city center and all of the amenities. Once you receive your QR code, entering the building is simple, and luggage storage is available before check-in, and, actually until midnight of your check-out day. The apartment was spacious and had everything that I needed.

Except for the spoiled heated towel bars in the toilet, everything was fine.

We LOVE everything abt the apartment. Although it was on a quiet street, it was so accessible to all the important places that we wanted to go to. The Aldstadt, main tram stations, restaurants, museums etc were within walking distance. The check in was easy. The room was so clean and warm. Kitchen was functional. Seriously there's nothing that we do not like it there. Will seriously recommend those who are coming to Graz for 1st time.

This is not about the accommodation as I was very satisfied, it was more about the area. I wish i knew that on Sunday's everywhere in Graz is closed. So when the weather is not good you are very limited to what you can do aside from bars and restaurants. Even grocery shops are closed on Sundays therefore some planning is needed to enjoy the day.

The place is entirely automated therefore no staff were present and check-in was all done online and access to the room was via a QR code. I would ensure to have a power bank available just in case you run out of battery and might have difficulty accessing your room. The place is very central, clean and spacious.
