No facilities. Not able to have a beer or soft drink. There is no staff to chat to after a very early hour

I liked the cleaning. Each day , my room was cleaned. The location was also close to the local tram and train connections . Nice lobby but no staff??

The bed quite uncomfortable as was two mattresses in one bed, so you fall in the middle. The worst thing is that two wall hanged lamps were exactly over my head when lying so you can hit the face if wake up straight. Also some renovations in the facade and noise in the early morning. Very old elevator which took ages to go up or down.

Decor of bedroom was tired with some tatty furniture. Staffing of Reception area was minimal. Worst thing was that the room was very hot even with no radiator on. It was on top floor so maybe better to be on a lower floor.

Good location round the corner from subway station, close to local shops and restaurants. The Monarchie restaurant up the street was a great find- great food and value as its main customers are locals. And has a gorgeous garden terrace. Our room was spacious with useful fridge and good storage space and large balcony. Also very clean. Excellent breakfast buffet including continental and cooked options.

The location was good, close to the public transportation. The staff was good and the room had daily cleaning. I would recommend this hotel for a low-budget trip.

Carpit was old with spots. Caffee machine hat broken or unstable water tank. You can hear the noise of the lift engen and guests at night.

The staff was very helpful. The were clean and comftable beds. Bathroom was clean supplied with good quality shampoo.

Like everywhere in Vienna, parking is a big issue. There weren’t any parking space available within hotel and we had to park elsewhere. After some searching you are able to find a parking place, but be aware you need to pay for it on a daily basis during working days. We were told parking is free of charge by a person on reception deck, however that was only during the weekend and next day Monday, we were fined for 36 eur since we were not aware we need to pay parking.

Location is convenient. Breakfast was fine. Very clean. Staff was fine although experience depends from person to person, in general, ok, but there’s some space for improvement.

I was surprisingly disappointed by the apartment. The room hadn’t been cleaned at all, the receptionist was impolite and not willing to help us solve any problems. There is more than enough space for improvement!

We did not like the fact that in the room, although it seemed clean, we found cobwebs on the walls and we were staying with a child. I asked the people at the reception to check the sink because it was impossible to use because it was clogged and being very small it filled up quickly, but they did not take any measures in this regard. The same food was served for breakfast every morning. We do not consider the location 4 stars.

The location is a 10-minute walk from the subway and a few minutes from a tram station. It is 30 minutes from the airport. The staff is responsive. The receptionist allowed us to leave our luggage at the reception until we left for the airport.

There were no tea and coffee facilities which would have been nice but breakfast was not great. A little far from the centre but the Viennese transport is pretty efficient

The Elevator was not working for 3 days and every day in the reception they were saying that tomorrow it will work, but we didnt manage to see it.

Location was very good, we reached to the center within 20-30 minutes, it was near bus station, Metro. The public transport was working excelant, so there is no need to overpay for the hotel in the center of the city. The Coffee machine (Capuchino, Hot chololate) was free of charge.

Under the hot conditions of August 2023 it appeared to be imposible to adjust room temperature to comfortable conditions. Sweating the whole night. Internet was weak in the room and even in the lobby. Not up to standards for business stays.

Room fine, though hot under the outside conditions. Climate control in the room should have been better. Otherwise OK. Service during breakfast very good.

Alt in consideration we had a very pleasant stay. We felt welcome from day one. Breakfast buffet was sufficient, with very pleasant personalle.

If you make some upgrades to the maintenence (like fix the elevator and some other minor issues in the rooms), it will be a win-win :) Also, check the hot meal breakfast trays, they are being emptied pretty quickly:)

Air condition didn't work properly.

Nice and friendly staff. Clean and well organised room. Good location with access to U Bahn and trams direct to the attractions in the Vienna. Good location to get to with a car, underground parking. Supermarket is close to the hotel.
