The hotel staff and owner were exceptionally nice. I popped my knee (not recommended) and the owner went out of her way to drive me to the train station.

The beds could have been more comfy but being picky really!

The hotel has all the amenities you’d expect, it’s a short walk from the ski lift or you can hop on the ski bus which drops you off outside the hotel. Hotel is really clean and staff very friendly and helpful

Very nice hotel, quite close to the lift. Sauna was one of the best I have been (80C and can throw water). We also had excellent fondue meal in the restaurant. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The slopes could have been better mapped out. I was new to this mountain and I was confused what level of run it was. That was a bit nerve wracking as I did not want to end up on a black diamond by accident.

The hotel was exceptionally nice, featuring very friendly staff who were always on hand to assist with anything we needed, making us feel right at home. The breakfast offered a decent mix of options to cater to all tastes and dietary requirements. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, being just a 5-minute walk from the main lifts, which greatly facilitated our skiing activities.

Our stay at Arlen Lodge Hotel was great. Definitely added to the whole experience. The location is perfect - you can ski from the back of the hotel straight to the lift and use the bus on the way back, it's just 1 stop. The staff was super friendly, we felt like we were staying at our friends' place. We felt really welcomed and looked after. The hotel is super cozy and has everything you need. Nice spacious rooms, little SPA area, lovely breakfasts and a tea corner for after skiing. And St Anton is a lovely little mountainous town where everything is within walking distance. We would love to come back here again. Loved it.

We loved everything about this place: location, breakfast, facilities, and service. The staff were amazing, incredibly lovely, kind, attentive and supportive. Annalisa, the owner, is awesome; she helped us with a number of tips and tricks (and trip ideas!) - she is a leaving and breathing encyclopedia haha. To top it all up, we received a free room upgrade, despite the fact that we mistakenly booked a room for 1 person. Impressive service and flexibility all around! The suite was impeccably clean, beds and pillows very comfortable and we had plenty of delicious breakfast options. Can't recommend this place highly enough!

It was a wonderful, clean and quiet hotel! The owner was wonderful! She was very friendly and made us feel so welcome! She shared with us things to do in the area and places to eat! The room was spacious and very nicely decorated! The breakfast was delicious! The breakfast chef was wonderful, helpful and friendly! We enjoyed our one night stay so much that we adjusted our plans and stayed a second night!

Nothing to complain about, maybe only that we wanted stay much longer, forgetting we must go home start working.

Fantastic clean room and surroundings! Seldom we have seen this standard anywere! Toilet, shower, beds and breakfastarea. We felt welcome from first moment, from the young woman in reseption, to the lady later who came thanking us for choosing their hotel. Next morning at breakfast, it was omelett from egg. We didnt want that, so the fantastic serviceminded young woman asked if we wanted spiegeleggs.. That did so our day starting perfect. We already desided that if we are nearly this area again, we guaranted visit this hotel again. Thank you for giving us your guests such a fantastic experience.

The beds are a bit hard - so if you have a sensitive back maybe you want to go for a more comfort focused hotel.

Arlen Lodge is a decent mid-range hotel near the slopes in St Anton. It is in a prime location, next to a bus stop, near apres-ski bars, ski pistes and hiking trails. I visited during offseason so the bar / restaurant were closed - only breakfast was made every day. The breakfast is solid and features a variety of juices, fruits, dairy products with both warm and cold options, and fresh pastries.

Everything is exceptional. The owner goes above and beyond to help you with anything. She can plan your hiking trails for you and knows everything about the town and environs. The breakfast is exceptional with a cook to order from the exceptional breakfast staff. Everything is well done and cared for down to the smallest detail. The owner and staff are fabulous, nice and welcoming. Definitely a 10 all around.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble & they always had a smile.

Breakfast was buffet and very varied and included a good selection of both hot and cold alternatives. Fresh fruit, breads and best of all an excellent 'bean to cup' coffee machine.

We needed our window open at night but the noise at the front of the hotel is quite loud. Maybe ask for a room at the back. If you like your English tea take teabags!

This hotel has super friendly staff, a restaurant, games room, steam room/sauna (but people are naked!). The breakfast is amazing, truly spoilt every day. We had 4 rooms.The suites were spacious with little fridge. Some bathrooms are bigger than others. I thought the whole place had a relaxed friendly feel and just a short walk to Nasserein bubble. We chose to hire ski lockers by the bubble and that was good idea but you can walk it with your gear. We were there in April so no option to ski in/out. My photos are views from the hotel.

nice atmosphere and a real alp-feeling. Superb saunas and a nice lounge to hang out and play board games. you could also buy alcohol in a vending machine 😎 You had a room where you could hang your skis and boot over the night to dry.
