Travelling alone this was not an issue, but if you travel with someone else, the privacy in the room is not that great. The toilet is basically in the room with only glass walls creating a barrier and those glass walls don't completely close. Some might want more privacy and sound-proofing when it comes to a bathroom. While the location is great, the street outside was quite noisy, even at night and with the windows closed. And you could hear other guests in the hallway quite loudly, so if your sensitive to that, I recommend a different place.

I did not enjoy the self check-in. It took more than 10 minutes to complete and fill everything on the display. I must admit that these accommodations without staff are not my favourite ones!

Toilet in a cubicle in the room without ventilation to the outside...and not sound proof. So better know each other well if a couple in there. No tables at the bed side. Some lamps not working. Also, make sure not to book rooms 001, 002, 003 on ground level.

Amazing friendly and service oriented staff. Little issue was solved remotely in a blink of an eye to full satisfaction. Location is central. Very comfy bed and modern good shower.

The shower and toilet are integrated into the room and only partitioned off with glass cubicle dividers. These are not see through but when you need to get up at night it’s impossible not to wake up the other person

could see the mattress was quite stained through the sheets on the bed. Some of the fixtures, like the toilet roll holder and floating shelves, had started to come loose. The check-in was at 3pm, but the app suggested I could check in at 12. The messaging on the remove app needs to be revised so that's clearer. Noise from the street below and rooms on either side was clearly audible in the room.

Modern and sleek room with a cozy bed. It was really central and the self check-in process was easy enough.

When everything goes by e-mail and your provider/company blocks the url for activating your account, you have a challenge to get into your room. It might be a suggestion to solve that on one way or another. I waas able to startup mu alptop and scan the QRcode with my mobile to get the account ready, but if you depend on your smartphone alone it is a big challenge.

There is a water problem as the douche head is turned agains the door of a cabine and no protection is made so the water has free run outside of the cabine while person is in. The towel afront of the door does not help as the door then can not be open. After each of uf used a douche cell we had to clean the water. This is the only remark we have.

I have no remarks about room etc. Check-in was new for us but that was ok.

1. A Check in took us a while before we were able to access to our room. There is no reception and no guest service. 2. I thought the hotel had the parking, because it listed the parking among the most popular facilities on the reservation page. But unfortunately it didn't have one and you need to pay around 16~20 euros per day in a nearby parking. No in & out service. 3. We booked the room for 4 people. But there was one missing pillow, one missing duvet, one missing sheet on the sofa bed, one missing duvet cover & missing towels for additional guests. So I had to make a couple of phone calls to the hotel central and the staff brought us the things we needed. But it took some time, since there was no housekeeping on the site. It was quite stressful. 4. The kitchen is equipped with basic things but it is for a simple & quick meal. 5. The room was OK with average cleanliness.

The room was very nicely designed and tasteful, but the downside was that the toilet is not really separate because the glass walls are not enough. In case of the shower it doesn't matter so much and it's actually kind of nice.

I didn't like that I had to send pasport details through internet, but with this concept probably inevitable.

Value-for-money hotel very close to the city centre. Easy check in (without staff). Excellent coffee machine! Quick response after posing question.

Unfortunately, the cars were too loud in the street, and we heard the guests too much all the time from the corridor as well (maybe it depends on the room's place). We stayed for one night and for that purpose it was more than ok, but for a long stay I think it is not too relaxing.

The location is pretty cool for sightseeing in the city center. The whole hotel is automated so you can take your place pretty fast. The door did not open on the first try, but the help desk spoke English well and solved the problem fast. The room was very clean and comfy with a nice seat next to the window (there was a bottle of wine and some coffee for free as well).

It was very hot but the air conditioning blows cold air over the bed, which is not good for sleeping. However, opening the window let in the street noise, so we had to put up with the heat.

Bottle of wine to welcome us ! Friendly and helpful cleaning staff. Remote check in and access was easy to use.
