Great location, great staff, clean modern room.

We had to complain twice because the housekeeping did not take our dirty cups, second time, they change cup but they had stains.. first time the staff said housekeeping is gone and didnt help but second time when we were really upset the staff came up with new cups. Also the shower I felt could have a privacy specially in family rooms , however it was clear in picture so I can't really complain.

The room and location including staff was perfect . The breakfast was great as well.I would rebook again.

Coffee making facilities in the room would have been a bonus, but there was a vending machine in the foyer.

The view from our room window was stunning. The bed was very comfortable and air on very efficient. Loved the rooftop bar and restaurant and the views from there.

- No privacy for whoever's in the shower. No doors, no dividers, no frosted glass, extremely impractical sheer curtains that did nothing for privacy. - Room a little cramped, not much space for luggage. - Surfaces can be cleaner. - Hairdryer overheated quickly and remained unusable for a time until it cooled down.

+ Location - a short and flat walk to the Salzburg train station. Close to supermarkets and food places. + Complimentary minibar (restocked too!) + Comfortable beds. + Pretty large and nice shower.

The room was modern, but rather small for this price. It was ok for one person, but might be tight for a couple.

It’s located 3 minutes from the train station and Herz car rental, so perfect for business travelers. It also has a great view from elevators, rooms on the upper floors and from the restaurant, so you can enjoy surrounding mountains while having a breakfast.

I love the hotel first of all with its design and planning ! It was super clean and elegant with the concrete walls ! Rooftop bar was spectacular ! We have also tried the sauna early in the morning it was small but effective ! Room was very spacious , and bright . We were really happy to stay there ! We ll definitely come back again: also we wanted to stay one more Night but there were no available options .

The toilet had no doors and the curtain that covered it was quite sheer so you can see the person showering from the bed, not suitable for friends staying together.

We got a studio high floor which happened to be a corner room so the view was amazing!

The area around the lobby elevator looked a litttle worn especially the floors. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were to soft. No coffee in the room.

Very close to train station. The room was very quiet and liked the concrete walls,very cool looking. The big windows in the room was an added bonus as well as the outside electric blinds.The room was clean. The top floor bar area was awesome with large windows and very high ceiling and forever view. bartender was friendly.

Our only negative was the pillows were a bit flat.

Location was excellent for us as we were travelling by train. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the views from the rooftop bar.

The hotel is very good, clean, the staff are helpful. The only thing i do not like is the shower setup, it is open and there is no privacy to it.

Didn’t like the open floor bathroom. The WiFi was patchy and made casting to the TV unstable so we couldn’t enjoy watching Netflix without constant interruption .

No privacy for the shower.Not ideal if you do not want your partner see you shower naked. There’s no wardrobe and doesn’t look neat.

Close to the central train station and bus station.Our room faces the railway tracks and the mountain beyond.The window was sound proof and we can’t here sound from trains. Just across the road there restaurants and most of them are Halal.
